Excellent tips needed for everyone during Lockdown.your fridge is very clean ,neat and tidy .you can use lemon peels for bioenzymes liquid . please go through Mr and Mrs sreekanth videos of Bangalore and healer basker RU-vid videos .not a single thing is wasted using only natural ingredients to safeguard ourselves our family members and the whole universe. Can you please help to use some alternative measures instead of plastic carry bags .I Know it is very easy accessibility to keep and remove from the freezer for occupying less space and more importantly compactabilty see through facilities. Please help in steel with see through facilities in your country if available suitable position for freezers compartments
Lalitha Lalitha thanks 🙏 for coming...wash and thoroughly dry the ginger. Peel,chop and freeze. I live in Canada our weather is colder most of the time. So I make curd for a week or until we finish it. Sometimes it tastes sour depends on the climate then I will use the curd to make RAVA idli/mor kuzhambu etc. For tomato, I always buy nicely ripped tomato little for immediate use and half ripped for next week. I keep tomato outside not in the fridge. Use tomatoes based on their status. If I have too many ripped tomatoes I will try to make chutney/ tomato rice etc that week. I will try to make videos with all these tips soon. Hope you got little bit idea now..keep in touch and please share With your friends.
do not keep it in a fridge for a very long time..Store it in a small quantity and use as soon as possible..I usually keep it for a week and also I use lots of garlic in my cooking..so I will finished it quickly and that'swhy I did not experience this problem
