I really appreciate this video. My 21 year old son is a high functioning autistic. Sometimes, he learns better from these types of videos. Unfortunately, his dad was never in his life. The men that do mean a lot to him (for example my father and my pastor) don't live with us. So, there are a remnant of topics that are not always discussed in depth. Wet wipes in bathroom and/ or bedroom, you never know when she might not feel as "fresh" as she'd like and this is a nice touch...also a super clean toilet (rim and all) as well as shower/tub. SALUTE!

artwork or paintings is a must, but nice house plants are good to have as well. how about a well stocked liquor cabinet with red and white sweet, red and white tart wines. i keep those along with a good whiskey and vodka, and some women dont smoke, and some do so i keep a stash of a variety of herb just in case. i had a girlfriend who used my toothbrush one morning, and i wasnt cool with that at all, so i started to keep new packs of toothbrushes stocked. Dont forget about music D

As disgusting as the toothbrush is, it means one of 2 things: 1.) That's a bad habit of hers she's probably picked up from lack of home training. Often times not her fault 2.) She really likes you & is comfortable with you, nevertheless, still no excuse

Another thing I kept in my bachelor pad. I kept women personal stuff. Don't sleep on it or laugh. Keeping a couple things came n handy and also got me couple brownie points. The key is to be thoughtful and considerate.

Maybe no one's mentioned this before, I appreciate your sly sense of humor, OG. I was a clothes horse in the 70's (when high fashion was still affordable), now it's more about making the pad unique and visually appealing. With Covid still raging, there's more time at home. I shop at 4 different collectible stores for unusual vintage pieces from the past. Cheaper than going to an auction.

great video.. you left out baby wipes for clean ups, booze/wine to get her relaxed, a good sound system to have music playing in the background to set the mood and help with awkward silences. an a good mattress .. you know why, some misc. items would be playing cards/games to help her relax, a chess board also serves as a conversation piece, decor and coaster for the drinks you a clean guy remember ?... your videos are simple, short and packed with knowledge keep it up o.g

Yes he is correct about everything 1- dishes, bowls, mugs & wine glasses, shower curtain clear or white or off white Dollar Tree (not the silverware) 2- curtains; pictures; mirrors, lamps, - Goodwill store (go to up scale areas) 3- sheets - Walmart (T-Shirt Cotton feel) it says on package “T-shirt Cotton feel” ( only those from Walmart) 4- always toilet tissue, paper towels, puffs noise tissue

I'm a guy who drinks wine and I never knew how common it is for men to not have wine glasses until I started hanging out with my male friends and their pads! There were several times when I had to remember to bring my own wine glasses. But, you totally forgot about the cork screw! Nothing is more upsetting than having wine, the glasses and no way to open the bottle. A cheap one will work as long as it's functional.

Don't think I heard this mentioned or if anyone mentioned it in the comments but good cookware and cooking utensils. Even if you don't really use them, in case you have a woman that likes to cook and wants to cook you dinner or even breakfast. My girlfriend was impressed by the nice cookware and good cooking utensils. I don't really cook like that but she's a good cook so I'm glad had most of what was needed...didn't have a garlic press before but I have one now.

Yes, Cooking Utensils are also very nice. When she is there and you are Cooking Breakfast and the Bowls, Whisks, and Pans look nice she will be so impressed. Also if you can, when she visits, use Cloth Napkins, not Paper ones, you'll make her feel so special. Also when you cook Bacon, take a Paper Plate, and Paper Towels and put the Bacon on them, that way the extra fat can be taken off. Also if you can, Clean while you cook.

Hey bro you touched on ever point. I really pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen. Having a stock bathroom with the basic essentials are very important. As well as a variety of snacks and beverages to catered to a variety of people's preferences. Not everyone drinks alcohol nor do they drink koolaide.. great job bro.. i agree with all mentioned.. men pay attention. Detail can be the breaking point on how your night will END 😁

Absolutely. The Bathroom & Kitchen are the two parts of my House that I am somewhat fanatical about. I make it a very strict rule that no Dirty Dishes after 7:00 PM. Also The Bathroom is also a place you hang out. Make sure that the Toilet is Clean and Sterile. No "Rings" and make sure the outside has no "Stains". Make sure you have Air Freshener or even use Incense. Also make sure you have "Extras" just in Case especially if she spend the Night there. Extra Toothbrush, An Extra Large T Shirt for her to sleep in. Make sure that The Rug is Vaccumed and Floor is Mopped. Before changing your Bedsheets put some Baby Powder on the Mattress and then Vaccum, then spray some febreeze. If you can, Iron The Bedsheets.

Best place to get art cheap is Thrift Stores. You never know when you’ll find a piece that speaks to you. Also, if you’re crafty you can make some wall decor with a sheet of MDF and some wood pieces cut on an angle and painted. Gives her the idea that you’re deep and intelligent, as well as gives her art that is textured so not only her sense of sight but her sense of touch is triggered. Just make sure you sand and seal everything; you don’t want your art to give her slivers.

Also good get quality things, and a nice apartment too. I was a DirecTV installer for six years and visited about 15 different homes a week during that time. Have good quality things, because she can tell if you bought cheap furniture. Move into a nice apartment complex. You know you're in the hood when you're in the hood. And the apartment its self. Things people notice are the floors, types of walls, the sink, toilet, tub, cabinets. Good quality and cleanliness are very important.

I want to say thank you so much for this information I just got a new house and I am putting my touches on my new house and I do all of the kind of stuff and so when that special lady comes along she will know how that my parent's raised me and I love to cook cleaning and pay all of my bills and keep my new house smelling so good that what a woman loves and if your house or apartment is not clean thin please do not hesitate to get up and clean up your house or apartment so that woman can feel comfortable at your house or apartment I take care of my house everyday seven days of a week

Decent stereo or surround sound that can be used as a stereo to get some good background going (You don't need to break the bank, just a simple, small system from Onkyo, Yamaha, Sony, or a decent brand, preferably with a remote, $200-400 will do...as long as it isn't a boom box on a fold out table). Set up the stereo and have a preset or something on demand to play that's just right. On a side note, learn to cook so you can slip in a few extra opportunities for time back at your place.

Think about things that 'touch' her senses. Sight, artwork, lit candles, clean pad especially the bath/kit. Hearing, music, wind chimes. Smell, clean bachelor pad, lit candles (a two fer) make it all smell good, live plants. Taste, food and drinks with assorted flavors. Touch, your furniture can have varied textures for her to touch as can your clothing....you already know which clothing items women just have to touch.

Some apartments don’t allow pets. Best bet is a thriving plant, like a succulent or an Aloe Vera plant. Maybe even a Bonsai if you’re trying to give that intelligent/thoughtful vibe.

Yes! When my girlfriend and I started our relationship a plant was a must. I was like, "I don't do plants". She bought the plant anyway and it's one of those plants that you see it start drooping, you water it and it comes back to life...don't know what you call it. Well, we've been together for 4 years now and that dang plant is still in the house lol.

Water. At least chilled, bottled water and preferably, sparkling. Don't forget easy access to ice. Even without an ice maker trays can be emptied into a container and kept in the freezer. Don't make her wait for the ice and use tongs or a scoop to retrieve it.
