Thank you for these great exercises. (I just love this kind of stuff one is able to do without any special gear ) As a 58 -years old person my previously quite untrained hips are screaming but this is so useful to my body!

HEee Sorearm! thanks for your comment. Cool name btw. Aah yea this helps man. Waaay more control, aiming goes better, and you'll fight lighter and faster. I did muay thai and kick boxing as well, then, I trained my legs like a freak. I had machine legs hehehe, I may post some more of my drills. let me know how your training is going and what type of routine you want!
