You missed it, this is the only SUV used for jungle safaris, as it is good and reliable with off roading, and has a petrol engine which does not make much noise or pollution

Gypsy is a renamed second generation Jimny from the 80's. But it never progressed into other newer generations of the Jimny in India. Same with America, it never progressed into other generations after the 2nd gen Jimny named Samurai was launched.
My first car was a Gypsy hard top. Drove it for 10 years. Believe it or not, I bought it as a family car. It was the largest vehicle for its price at that time. It hardly required any repair. By design it was grossly underpowered, The AC was never successful, the 3 door configuration was inconvenient and the ride was uncomfortable.
