Hi since each job it takes less that. 2 hours , and lets say if you have only 2 jobs you oay them 4 hours or how that works?

correct, it's a bit more understanding though because they are basically full time now but when we have slow days they understand. in the beginning, you need to work with them and let them know its part time and you're trying to grow it

That's Good to know, I own a couple moving companies in van nuys and looking to expand in to junk removal, I'm about to have a meeting with my crew and explain them that we are open the junk removal and since in the beginning is not enough jobs to do by 2 hours minimum or login and log out. What's the best from.your perspective cause charging a minimum for one piece $150 and paying the 2 guys $40 minus gas it doesn't make sense

Roadie has you waiting all day only to not accept you for the job. I heard nightmares about Roadie. Pickup now rejected me since my truck wasn't a 2007 or better. I applied for Curri but their response was they do not have sufficient work in this area. And go share rejected me as well. Junk Guru doesn't have work or business down here. I heard they were only in N.C.
