They picked DC because on the surface level hes the most stereotypically attrractive guy. However they ignored the fact that her body language when talking to him wasnt great, and the fact that their conversation had little emotional depth. So I wasnt surprised at all when he wasnt chosen

There’s a lot of body language that goes into how women subconsciously flirt, be vulnerable, there’s a whole psychology social experiment about how men and women interact and it’s really interesting! Would be interested for them to redo it with more diversity of gender/sexualities, but she definitely had more reverb towards other men than DC. And sometimes our eyes wander in a conversation, or she may have tried including his input, with how she turned back and forth and gestured, etc. A lot of interesting dynamics for sure!

It was honestly really interesting, I feel like for them the best match for a person is based on how visually attractive they are like maybe that's what they prioritize when picking matches for themselves and friends so they assumed she'd have the same mindset? From the beginning though when she was describing what she was looking for, she was describing personality traits, "emotional maturity" etc, no physical traits , so you think that'd clue them in she's not basing her pick off of looks

Probably the best video of this series. Everyone was so mature. She and all the dudes were confident yet humble when needed. The dudes hyped each other up while they also built her up. The conversations were meaningful...even the guys who didn't stay were mature enough to get out of the way for them. And the way they lined up and had bloopie walk on their shoulders. And sad that she compared herself to the comedic sidekick considering how most guys would love funny girls like her. Many girls got no game since the guy is expected to do the work..she is hilarious and can have interesting convos. And let's not forget her sense of humorm

Janie is incredible. The men were cool but I wouldn’t pair her with any of them tbh. Tanner really liked her but was being really cool about it. Think the guys picked DC because of his physique, confidence and career success. There’s a common misconception that ‘women like men with muscles or gym bros’, which may have been a subconscious influence here. I chuckled when DC said Janie kept glancing at him in the first round because I didn’t see much chemistry and some of the other guys looked surprised at that remark too. Butter was a plus but Tanners personality won Janie over

I haven't seen any comments about the ASL yet so thought I'd contribute. :) I'm learning ASL and am not at all fluent + had to watch it really slow and only understood the first part haha. I saw other signs like "together" (or maybe "with"), "we" and "I see all of good." but couldn't piece it together and don't know it's that's exactly right. I'd love to know the real meaning so I can learn more!

Was really surprised who the guys picked as her ideal choice because there wasn't much chemistry between them imo. Even when they hugged it wasn't with the same enthusiasm as when she picked her final choice. I felt like there was a disconnect between what the guys think she would want according to their standards versus observing and deciding based off her character and who she seemed to enjoy the most.
