A lot of good advice... There's a million ways to do it... However you do it, make it your lifestyle. Consistency over time is the key. Patience is a virtue...remember that.
I don’t eat breakfast nor lunch! I eat dinner after my workout which is mostly grill and vegetables. I am 48 and 7% body fat. So getting leaning can be achieved in anyway. The only thing I will say is, if it wasn’t for my work routine, I would have preferred to eat a bit earlier
That breakfast (eating in the morning soon after you wake up) is important is severely outdated and based on junk science. it's becoming more and more widespread knowledge that fasting until lunch and beyond is much healthier for you. Drink lots of water I would change to stay hydrated. Because it doesn't necessarily have to be water. it's moisture in general. Thirdly, there no such thing as a essential carbohydrate. For survival you really don't need them. Now I do recommend eating some carbs when you're training because they do retain water and make your muscles store some more glucose. Lastly, vegetables are overrated, yes they contain micronutrients but also anti nutrients like oxalates and lectins. You aren't what you eat, but what you absorb and the nutrients in animal products are far superior, because they can be more easily absorbed. Good example of this is iron, it comes in heme-iron or non heme-iron. heme iron is mostly found in animal products and non heme iron in plant food (spinach and such). Heme iron is much more absorbable. And there are many other examples.
If I drank that much water, I'd be running to the toilet every hour, much to the annoyance of my boss and colleagues. Not to mention zero sleep as I'd be running to the toilet all night.
Why do you recommend yoga, which is a pagan religion? If you think yoga has nothing to do with religion, think again. Many RU-vid producers, talk about FASTING , intermitent or not, without mentioning anything about Crist or any Abrahamic religion, but instead they recommend yoga and meditation. Pagan practices and religion. Spiritual fornication.
Fasting has been part of Indian culture as well ages ago and documented way before Abrahmic religion books. Regardless, it's a healthy practice to do and so is a yoga-which the western world has mainly understood as stretching exercise but it goes way deeper than both physically and spiritually. I go to gym but I never say bench or squat is a product of western ideology, religion etc...I just do it because it's a healthy practice, a form of exercise-which is needed by our body. It will be better for you to detach religion/belief from any form of dietery/exercises practice as they all make our health better when implemented properly
@@Sunny-os7md Thanks for the comment. In order to detach from religion, the author here, should not have mention pagan practices here, meditation, yoga, whatever. I don't blame you if you stick to your culture, in case you are asian, indian, etc because I understand that you must respect the culture, religion, etc of your parents. As per me, I am a Christian and I reject any form of Yoga, meditation or pagan practices. Otherwise would be a sin. I stay with fasting and prayers, to the God of Abraham. But we are free to have different opinions. Wish you the best.
