These are great points! I used to find cooking very stressful and hated it until I learned I personally needed to have everything laid out and prepped first vs. grabbing it as I needed it as I was cooking. Now I actually find it meditative. What was the ingredient you put crumbled on top of the tomatoes and what was the white poofy item you poured the soup over?
Awesome video well you’re always have amazing inspirational work preparing a meal is therapeutic for me each ingredient you add just adds to the excitement of when it all comes together steaming hot mmmm the aroma the colors and textures and each bite and chew worth it and cleaning and same way backwards prep and putting away till needed great job 💐❤️🤗
Thank you! Yes I think eating can be very therapeutic (not abusive) and it starts from preparation and goes to putting things away. It’s this whole process that matters❤️
