1.i take a proper sleep 2.i make my bed own self regular 3.in the morning i take hot water with trifala churan 4.i take healthy food everything what in my kitchen 5.i love to eat fruit 6.regular doing yoga 7.my hobbie is doing acting. 1 wake up early 2 exercise regularly. Move. 3 eat something within half an hour 4 no sugar 5 do not eat a lots of fruit 6 wash your hands at regular intervals 7 never sleep with your make up on 8 sunscreen must. 9 acquire a hobby 10 make your bed ownself. And wash your pillow cover regularly. 11 sleep early.

@@gargiesan try to follow which points are possible to follow. Also donn work in night shift for too long time. For few montha it's fine but not good for longer time. Change shift in between.

miss. PC before updating the beauty...we have to fill the stomach...so I can't somehow...but I must say night shift is good...no daylight no tan..and doesn't matter we can manage by sleeping at daytime too 😅

Very helpful video same my routine i wakeup early by fajar azan ,drink 1 glass of water read my namaz ,Quran than my laundry,prepare brkfst for family n eat my brkfst,watch 1 hr tv,go for my yoga class,bring market,do cooking,take my bath coz i m in full sweat,read namaz,eat lunch,go to sleep,wake up by5.30 read namaz ,drink tea n hv snack,watch evening series,hv dinner with family n early to bed....😁😁😁

Me daily 6 bje uthti hu fr exercise krti hu .. Week me 2 times bedsheet & pillo cover dhoti hu.. Khana khane k bad half hour walk krti hu.. Shugar to muze psnd hi ni h.. Pani b bht pitu hi.. I'm gonna start implementing them in my life, specially waking up early, I never go to bed without washing my face, and do make my own bed. Frequently washing my hands and all. Mai daily mrng 4.30 uth jati hu. Or mrng walk excersize krti hu. Uske baad Ghar me mrng ka kaam krk nasta krti hu but dieting achhe se nahi mention KR pati hu.. or apna bad ki safai Mai khud krti hu saath he raat me regular face wash kabhi kabhi he krti hu... But aaj se daily raat face wash krk soungi.. thanks for your information 😊
