So many people are stuck on outdated ideas, but the book women’s magic truths on borlest shows you how to use secret techniques to attract almost anything in life. This isn’t just another law of attraction book; it’s the real deal with actionable insights. If you’re ready to level up your life, you need to read this.
it honestly is a waste of money because my hair would keep growing back no matter how many times i went it wouldnt lessen my hair growth. i would recommend buying a laser hair remover and just do it yourself. cost less and also doesnt hurt at all.
Laser hair removal is an absolute blessing if you can afford it. I did about 12 treatments back in 2017 and my underarms and bikini area haven't seen an ingrown hair since. I still get a little growth, but the hairs are nearly invisible and they take at least a month to grow in.
@@mademoiselleadeline261 I either shave or use an epilator whenever I care to. Even if I did nothing for six months, the little hair that still comes is isn't really noticeable.
@@user-cj2hi4uf8i ...Unless you have light skin with light hair or dark skin with dark hair. Those at home machines are very limited in who they work for.
Loved! I do a lot of these too! I tint my lashes and brows every few months, for holidays I get a lash lift, I sleep on a silk pillowcase to preserve my curls, I am religious about skincare routine to minimise the need for makeup (as you mentioned) especially SPF which will save me lots down the road, when I remember, I use caster oil on my lashes to get them thick and not need mascara everyday, always use a heat protector if using hot tools, with makeup I always get the longest lasting or the most nicely fading products so I just don’t touch up during the day, religious about bedtime…I’m all about keeping the basics at their tippy top best! Loved the accessories tip. Love your videos! ❤
Omg how could I forget the silk pillow case!! lol I may have to do a part 2 cause there are so many things I forgot to mention 😂 but yes, I agree with everything! 🤍
As a Latina woman that is going through laser hair removal treatments I totally agree with you! Personally is one less thing to worry about. I love your tone, how clear you explain and go to the point. Subscribing! 🤗♥️
Eating properly, having full 8 hours of sleep, slowing down when possible… basic things that are really hard to sustaing these days, but it does wonders for our bodies 🤍
you come up with the most creative but helpful video ideas fr! sticking to a haircare routine has made my hair the most low maintenance it's ever been. when i used to change products all the time, my hair would be so unmanageable and i'd be constantly buying products to fix it. i've used the same products for two years now and now i can finally wake up, spritz my afro with some water and oil, and go
Does doing laundry on the speed wash cycle count? I read an article that said fabrics and machines have advanced over the years to the point that a 20ish minute wash cycle is perfectly fine. Laundry is a high maintenance time suck, but this advice truly changed my life 😂
Just an fyi, Mielle now makes a lighy version of their rosemary mint oil that may be more suited for straight, wavy, and curly hair as opposed to kiny and coily hair.
I did laser hair removal for awhile and it was amazing! The hair still comes in (to a much lesser degree) but I use a Braun At Home device and it definitely helps with upkeep.
@@Hello-Stoiko No, I started with in-office laser hair removal once a month for a year, then after a year of no in-office visits, I noticed that I was experiencing some regrowth. I was considering going back for more treatments, but decided to get the Braun, which I do once a week or so. I've been doing it for about nine months and it's been good enough that I wouldn't consider going back for treatments!
@@Hello-Stoiko actually, I didn't think of this originally, but there are areas I didn't get in-office treatment (under arms, bikini line) that I've still experienced significant hair reduction through at-home treatment.
Been watching your videos for a while now and I have to say-I love your content- but the videos you’ve been putting out lately have been spectacular. Just chefs kiss! Keep up the good work!
Hi! loved this. I do microblading every 2 years, brow lamination every 4 months. This saves me time looking put together because my eyebrows stay decent most of the time. Also hydrafacials every other month so I don’t need to put on so much makeup everyday because my skin looks Ok.
loved the accesories portion of the video. The bags, the outfits, you looked so beautiful ! Also in lieu of (or in addition) of shower filters, chelating shampoos. L'Oreal Professional has a really nice one (Metal Detox Line)
Thank you very much for the in depth information on many subjects. I really appreciate this support, as I see it. There’s a crazy world of skin health/ care out there and reading and listening to this channel has given a lot of insights. Thank you!
Agreed to this, I did laser and stopped like 2 years ago and still whilst my hair does grow back again (maintenance is key) its not as crazy thick. I also get a keratin every 5 months, I do my nails (simple, clean and neutral) every month so grow-out isn't obvious. and also just bought a shower filter and a GLASS water filter for drinking. Also I feel like I'm hearing an Irish accent coming through...or is that just me?
