I would not be at all upset if All-Out turned into their "Hardcore PPV" even if they don't Officially bill it that way. If they are going to continue to have a quick turn around between All-In and All-Out then this is the perfect spot to put it high leverage matches into imho. I mean You already had a street fight (with a triple fluorescent tube that I haven't seen on "mainstream" wrestling since ECW) and a cage match which we knew would be insane leading into in this one - and that's not even counting Mox and 'da bag. I love that AEW is now a line in the sand difference from WWE, they are filling the ECW gap that has been left rotting in my black heart since WWE purchased them like a roadside taco, eaten the meat and left the shell on the side of the road to be eaten by rats and rats-with-wings, pigeons. They can do techy matches, flippy-dippy matches, big man matches, and hardcore matches. Yes Please, may I have some more?
it should have always been their most violent ppv, I mean it's right there in the title. If you're going all out in a combat sport you should expect it to get bloody and nasty. You should also be pulling out all your best and most devastating moves. Anyone saying they went too far is completely missing the point.
Lol I was going to comment that but I was also like should be very well known hes always wearing Virginia is for lovers shirt he's billed from there aew announced was his hometown when they went lol
I don’t know how no one considers - but just having AEW around is better for the industry. The boys are getting paid better, work schedules are getting better, plus the competition has even been good for WWE - they’ve been better because of some upstart nipping at their heels. AEW being a thing has really helped wrestling as a whole. Doesn’t matter which promotion you prefer over the other- it’s just helped the sport we all love.
It's destroyed the indys. If aew goes out of business a whole generation of Indy wrestling is done even more than it is now. The workers who would go out and hone their craft every weekend will not work for such little money. Aew may be good for pro business but if it goes away NXT is the new indys and a vacuum will be left on Indy wrestling that will take 10 years to get back
@@Tuturial464 hatred? AEW fans enjoy more than one promotion. When I went to the show in AZ there was a bunch of attitude era fans. Its todays so called fan that spreads the toxicity and hatred because they're on their internet/phone 12 hours out of the day
@@Aragorn7884 yea, they're not that charismatic but I think they'll shine more in the ring. GYV vs a team like The Kingdom would be a classic wrestling match.
Can't believe how squirrelly the "wrestling internet" has got about All Out; I wanted Willow to look into the camera with the sheath of broken light-tubes in her hand, and say "Real Glass! Smile Anyway!" 🤣🤣
Yuta is a trios champ with Pac and Claudio...they keeping him hostage for real. I think that's quite interesting explore. Give Mox a title shot or they cut one of Yuta's fingers off😅
I was just saying that with All-Out, if they dedicated on PPV to being "hardcore" and added a Casino gauntlet into it, you could conceivably have a PPV with no Title defenses, only grudge matches and a no.1 contender match
They've got a fair amount, tbf Will Daniel DanielSON Swerve (more of an antihero, but still) Darby What they actually need is good guy tag teams. They really only have The Acclaimed and FTR as top babyface tag teams
It should make swerve an anti hero & page an absolute villain I mean you burn down where I grew up you don’t get to grow again mentally emotionally or physically
Pretty sure that Hangman Adam Page burning down Swerve's house was such and epic visual that it sold the PPV as apparently a lot of last minute buyers came in right after the Dynamite episode and I am sure they got their money's worth as there a lot of great matches in there.
@@Off_Screen He wasn't even in worked pro wrestling at the time; he was visiting a "harmless pro wrestling show" to test the waters for a career in it; so he almost quit before starting... 🤣🤣
@@tomseville2345 ah yes, because a company called “extreme championship wrestling” and the phrase “harmless wrestling show” totally go together like monster energy and league of legends players /s 😂🤣
AEW should release : -Brian Cage ( hel be better off in TNA ) -Seraya and her brother (Seraya and her brother would be better off being on NXT as heel Authority figures) -Big Show -JR - Anthony Ogogo -Dralistico -Keith Lee -Miro - Johnny Tv and his wife Taya ( theyl be great on TNA )
Exactly no matter what the haters will always Move the goalpost. We love them and will stick with them just like the other places has fans but the weird about it all. Crying about one little thing from a whole show lol
Same could be said about anything in wrestling though. Yes the bag spot was dangerous however I’m almost positive that there would’ve been LENGTHY discussions with professionals as to how to do it in he safest way possible (this isn’t the first time a wrestler has done that spot)
And also this isn’t every PPV. As much as ppl like to make out that it is, it rlly isn’t. And the wrestler that do take part in matches such as these typically tend to be the same people because they have the experience and the knowledge to do it as safely as possible
Kris Statlander has worked hard to recover from 2 ACL injuries that required surgery and a lot of rehab. It's time to give her the World Title run she was building towards before those injuries set her back a couple of years.
The Hangman Swerve and Willow Statlander work in this All-Out PPV is a proof of concept for Free Agents and the like of AEW's ability to tell the story if given time and acting talent to do so. Mercedes and Garcia are examples of how hard that level of acting talent along with the wrestling chops can be. Hopefully, the MJFs and BCC's of the promotion can help get all of the story telling to that level. Also those in the back (Kenny Omega and Chris Daniels and Ross/Schiavone, etc.) I thought what Christian did with 5 minutes was so helpful in showing what you can do to move the story without wrestling or even engaging. It's sports entertainment without the promos or characturizing ... just actions that develop the narrative. I thought this was the PPV that AEW really defined that brand differentiation.
People who are criticizing that AEW showed too much, they have never played horror and action games or watched horror / thriller movies They are too delicate or just spreading hate against AEW I love AEW and All out was Awesome
I have done all these things. AEW shows too much, not even in a pearl clutching way, just in a "vertabreaker used to end matches and now they do it in bricks" dumbass way
@@rezsurfer2808what a pathetic response 😂😂 this is a big reason people don't want to be associated with AEW, the fan base is by far some of the most pathetic little freaks (like you) that exist. Talking like a child to someone to cure your insecurities is embarrassing 😂😂😂😂😂 get a life freak

Era of violence? The company is already violent. They have a street fight or cage match or something similar like every week, and Jon Moxley starts bleeding as soon as the bell rings.
@charlotteamer will there be a 4 month period where aew doesn't take a cheap shot at wwe? Their cm punk reference is still an embarrassment like the grind that will osprey can't handle
@@Tuturial464 I’m not the person to argue with about that stuff lol. My comment has nothing to do with that so I don’t know why you felt the need to respond to me. Also what CM Punk reference?
@@Tuturial464 It’s not that Will Ospreay can’t handle the grind (if you think that then you haven’t got a clue). Ospreay chose AEW so that he could still love in the UK because that’s what is best for his family. God forbid a man thinks about his family
Christian to beat Danielson for the title with the help of Edge who made a surprised return and spearing Danielson allowing Christian to pin him. Return of the villainous duo Edge & Christian give them a villainous run tag titles, continental title and world title.
Very impressed with Mariah May and her dedication to adhering to kayfabe . Did you see her interview with that guy wearing the blue hawaiian shirt? 46 minutes and didnt even break character at all. She will pretty much be the only reason I will watch AEW from now on.
Where does this it isn't for everyone stuff come from? People love The walking dead, Game of thrones & John Wick...... People asking why didn't hangman get arrested for arson? Did anyone go to jail when Vinces limo blew up? Let it be its own stand alone world. I just watched Fall Guy on Peacock and 2 people get bags over their heads and then shot. Huge mainstream movie...... Grow up softies
AEW is in currently what I would call the Heel Reign Era cause it feels like with a few exceptions the heels are untouchable as they've pretty much been winning every match, and feud they're in and with the majority of the BCC with the exception of Yuta turning heel and it seeming like Ricochet is turning heel for a feud with Will Ospreay over the International Title it feels like the heels are in full control with the only babyface besides Will who got a decent victory was Daniel Garcia as he pretty much beat the ever loving crap out of MJF in a much needed post-match beatdown ensuring MJF will be gone for a while.
AEW always have violence is a mix of violence, physical long matches, technical matches and ss style matches for example Ishi, Suzuki, Shibata. Is focused in wrestling not soap operas.
Damn, crazy thing about tv deals is,Im pretty shure that we are coming up on AEW Being on TNT/TBS longer than WCW was???I Think???If This is really true,Then WoW!!!Big ups to AEW and There TV partners.....
I was actually thinking that either Moxley or Christian should beat Danielson and one of them should go on to have some sort of reign of terror over the roster beating all comers until a certain Wardlow returns and stands up to him . Based on age ,id say Moxley is the more suitable guy for this role .
They should have saved all those violent spots for Swerve vs Hangman . Thats it ! The Kris Statlander spot would have never been allowed by a proper boss . Already we have witnessed 2 wrestlers break their legs on live PPV doing unnecessary stunts .
Your point about wrestlers breaking their legs could be argued about literally ANYTHING though. Copeland broke his leg by jumping off the top of the cage, yes you may see that as an unnecessary spot but how many times has a wrestler done that? Any spot could be argued as “unnecessary”
Moxley never does anything new. He's basically the same character as much as The Rock plays himself in the roles. Atleast when Austin turned heel or even Jericho. They learned how to reinvent themselves creative wise
@@bmjv77 Yeah it's called taxes haha. If they are going to take them anyway, then it only makes sense that I can't walk out of cancer treatment or pregnancy from a hospital without a bill that needs to be paid.
I think Shockwave could finally be their library deal, what better way to add all their content from the very beginning as a Shockwave across the world of wrestling, my idea at least
i'll be someone who both enjoys and criticizes the show then. because if you only enjoy, you're being blind to the bad booking. vice versa. it is subjective yes. but everyone has a preference. not really into CZW level of violence tbh, but in terms of the Swerve vs Hangman storyline, it fits so i don't mind. but yea im not a huge fan of Moxley having to bleed every single damn match he's in..
Whatculture keep mentioning over the last year or so all the eras in AEW. How can they have had so many different eras in just 5 years? That isn't different eras that is just time passing we are still in AEW's first era if anything as the top of the roster is still largely the same as it was to begin with.
I personally could have done without the needle spot but it definitely had the intended impact, as long as both wrestlers are on board there's no reason they shouldn't take it right to the line once in a while
People act like TK is spending his dad's money when they don't realize TKs net worth is 1.5 billion just by himself. His dad's net worth is A LOT more but still TK doesn't need any loans from his dad to sign talent he already has more money then all of us reading this combined
@@rezsurfer2808 I get we all hate Vince, but kinda did create his own company. He created Titan Sports Inc and bought WWWF from his dad and its partners. He didn't just get it handed to him

I'm gonna push back on Swerve Strickland being a heel. I'm on his side with this rivalry, burning a house is going a wee bit far in my opinion. There shouldn't be a redemption arc for Page
Did you forget about Swerve breaking into Page's house and proceeding to cut a promo while leaning over Hangman's child's crib?.....cuz that is just about as "heel" as you can get.....his promo, by the way, talked about how maybe people close to Hangman might be the ones to feel swerves wrath the most (or something very similar, I'm paraphrasing).
When the complaints come in Tony Clown will back down.and as far as being different goes...AEW does far less business than WWE. That's pretty different.

This is not wrestling. This is murder pantomime and not entertaining. I look forward to the lawsuits from the wrestlers and the ever dwindling ratings.
