Sir apne bhout Acche jankari di. Ek important bt jo apse puchni hai ki bank ka lawyer ya officer registry ke new paper bank lekar jaye ga tab Loan amount DD dega ya bank person at the time of registry when we enter in registrar office because he will ask us do we have got the full payment. Kay procedure hota hai please tell me as it is beneficial for everyone who is doing it for the first time.

kya sale deed register karate tim sub registrar office me seller aur buyer ki photos bhi li jaati hai, signature aur thumb imression k sath? bina photo k sirf sign aur thumb se authenticity kaise ban sakti hai ki buyer present bhi hai ya nahi aur thumb imression kiska tha

Sir sada paper par haath se likha hua agree ment banaya hai aur niche 100 rs ka chota sa ticket laga kar sign kra liye , kya wo mana jayga agreement?kyuki main use cancel karana chahta hu , lekin buyer nahi chahta cancel karana.usne account m bhi kuch Paisa daal Diya hai mere. Main bhut pareshan hu kyuki meri property k muje double rate mil rahe hain aur buyer ne half rate m agreement kar liya .

मी रीतसर व्यवहारात तेविस लाख रुपये वैळोवेळी रोख स्वरूपात दीले व पुर्ण मुद्रांक शुल्क भरलेले साठेखत करून घेतले नवीन शर्त मुळे परवानगी मुळे थांबणे भाग पडले परवानगी चे शेवटी विक्री परवानगी न देण्यासाठी हरकत नोंदवली.व अंतिम परवानगी पत्र आल्याचे सांगितले नाही व खरेदी स विरोध केला त्यामुळे दावा दाखल केला.परंतु फीतुर वकीलामूळे असंख्य पुरावे असुन ते कोर्टासमोर न आल्याने व भरणा रक्कम मिळाली नसल्याचा बचाव केला गेला व दावा विरोधात गेला परंतु फसवणूक केली बाबत कोर्टात चर्चा होऊन ती झाली नसल्याचे कोर्टाने संबोधले.प्रतिवादी शिक्षीत असून दहावी पास आहे परंतु त्यात काय लीहले बाबत माहिती नाही म्हणतो ,पण सही/अंगठा, फोटो माझा आहे म्हणतो.दाव्याविरोधी उच्च न्यायालयात दावा दाखल केला आहे तो अजून सुरू झाला नाही नोटीस पोहचणे काम चालू आहे.मुद्दाम ते नोटीस घेत नाही बाबत कामकाज चालू आहे वकील फीतुर झाल्याने त्याने साक्षीदार तपासले नाही त्यामुळे नंतर वकील बदलला आहे रोख रक्कम दीदी म्हणून चेकने दीलेली रक्कम व बॅक स्लीपने दीलेली रक्कम वकीलाने ती रोख दीली कारणाने कोर्टात दाखवली नाही. आता केस मेरीटवर आहे तर काय होऊ शकेल?, अन्य मार्ग सांगु शकाल का? दुसरे उर्वरित दोन लाख रुपये दिले तेव्हा ॲडव्हान्स खरेदी पत्र पण करून दीलेले आहे त्यात परवानगी नंबर ला जागा सोडलेली आहे पण हरकत घेतल्यामुळे थांबावे लागले वकीलाने ते खरेदीपत्र पुरवाव्यात कोर्टात दाखवण्यास मनाई केली होती.
