For Luis Brueh (Keep the Heroes out, Night Parade of a hundred Yokai) should be on that list as well. He’s doing everything by himself and managed to make amazing games. My kids absolutely adore Keep the Heroes out. 😊

Hey been enjoying your content a lot! A lot of cool indie developers and games you just showcased! Making me regret not getting Robomon... Might have to reconsider! You asked for other indie game recommendations and here's a game I haven't seen any coverage on from American board game tubes. Ulaya Chronicles Raptor Claw Island by Olmec Games. Ulaya Chronicles is a campaign style dungeon crawler taking place in a post apocalypse where the Earth has been mainly covered in water, and dinosaurs have returned. It seems right up your alley! Olmec Games is run by one guy who has been very vocal in his Kickstarter that he didn't make any money due to the crazy cost increases of trying to get the board game out. His other product is The Drowned Earth which is a miniatures skirmish game set in the same world (Ulaya). These two games share miniatures and gameplay mechanics across and are both excellent and I feel deserve more attention. Hope you have a moment to check them out!

This is a great video! Thanks for putting it together. I've been in the industry for a few years now. I love the community and using games to facilitate friendships and relationship building. That's something I love about board games. However, you've both talked quite a bit about the social media side of community. That's an area I really struggle with. I love sitting with someone to talk game design, but I fail to do that on social media. Maybe I should figure that out. Thanks for your thoughts.

Little Nuke Games - Spheres of Influence should replace Risk. It's out of print and the designer has gone AWOL on a reprint/expansion. Really needs to be reproduced and marketed. BTW Obsession is by Kayenta Games (hence the KG). Dan may be the best publisher in the business. He's passionate about his game, has been focused on every detail, and managed some of the best Kickstarters I've been involved with.

I hate that there are so many games coming out right now that I want to support, because the current economic policies are destroying international exchange rates. If a game is $100 US, I have to pay $150 to buy it. If shipping is $30, it will cost me $45. It's almost impossible to justify a 50% markup no matter how much I want to. That said, it's an easier pill on smaller $50ish games like Black Mold, than the huge behemoths like Oathsworn. And I was already considering it, so I'll move it up my list.
