Lin Dan's game was always on fire 🔥, he never improved in his courier's years but lee Chong Wei improve his game play and in the starting also he was the legend and in end also he is the legend .

For people who say Momota has the best defense of all time, look at this and learn. 3:36, 5:34. Momota is solid and has good balance, but he is no where fast enough to retrieve shots like those.

He was equal to Lin Dan. The best attacking player I'ever seen. Yet Lin Dan is stonger than him in terms of mental strength and decision making in crucial points.

Agreed with u. One more thing lin dan have chen long to share the burden. Lcw was always alone. Even he admit that. Reach quarter, usually only him survive for both single and double team. That pressure kill him little bit especially on big tournament like olympic n world champion

2008 Lee Chong Wei was not on par with momota. Lin Dan destroyed him in Olympic final. I believe Lee Chong Wei was better from 2010 to 2012 - Lin Dan 2008 to 2013 unbelievable

He had a great smash already when he first started but not much brains. Smashed all the time till he was tired and got picked apart by his opponents. Slowly learnt as he matured but his mental prowess is no where close to LD's level.
