That's so beautiful. You see. Hurts are bound to occur. It's not always because of something you've done. Remember it's not you that has the problem. It's their hearts that have a problem. As for you, preserve the peace you have. After all no one knows you better than God does. Stay at peace. That's your medication. ☺️🙏🏻
I know studying Astology is a big no-no. But what about astronomy just studying the planets and nebulas, white dwarfs, red giants, etc. Just kind of wondering. Have a blessed weekend everyone
Thank you for your question. Astronomy is not the same as astrology. Astrology is a pseudoscientific practice that claims to predict the future or reveal personality traits based on the positions and movements of the heavenly bodies. Astrology is indeed a big no-no for Christians, because it contradicts the Bible’s teachings about God’s sovereignty, human responsibility, and divine revelation12 However, astronomy (scientific study of everything in the universe beyond Earth’s atmosphere.) is not forbidden by the Bible. In fact, the Bible affirms that God created the heavens and the earth, and that he is the Lord of all creation. The Bible also reveals that God uses the heavenly bodies for his purposes, such as marking seasons, days, and years (Genesis 1:14), displaying his glory and power (Psalm 19:1; Romans 1:20), guiding his people (Numbers 24:17; Matthew 2:2), and announcing his judgments (Joel 2:30-31; Revelation 6:12-14). The Bible also mentions some of the astronomical objects that you listed, such as planets (Isaiah 40:26), nebulas (Job 26:13), white dwarfs (Job 38:31), and red giants (Isaiah 13:10)3 Therefore, studying astronomy can be a way of honoring God and appreciating his wisdom and creativity. However, studying astronomy should not replace or undermine our faith in God and his word. We should not worship or idolize the creation instead of the Creator. I hope this helps you understand the biblical view of astronomy better.
@GracelyInspired okay so if astrology is wrong why does the Bible highlight the fact that the astrologers being the 3 wise man found Jesus through astrology and brought him gifts as far as I know the nativity doesn't tell about any other visitors who brought gifts to Jesus what does this tell us about astrology? Because light and darkness cannot mix if astrology was evil would it not have led the wise to a prophecy about something evil or would the not have come with evil intentions towards the new born misaih
I got rid of an iron-looking metal trinket that said Archangel Gabriel protect us. Anyway, I don't need that trinket if Gabriel wants to do anything for me on behalf of God He will only do what God has commanded Him to do.
Question what if you was given a doll and then the person immediately took it back?Had a chick in Louisiana that did it.I Already dislike old creepy dolls. My mom has alot of them aswell. Really old porcelain.
I don't understand Is insense wrong? And if so how Since insence is used in the Bible like says cleanse me with hyssop, hyssop being a herb and insence also frenkensis is the insence given to Jesus at birth please elaborate on insence if you can
Incense was used in old testament that's correct but those were under ceremonial laws which have now been dealt away with through the death and sacrifice of Jesus Christ. We are no longer under the law but we are now under Grace. Christ has filled us with His Holy Spirit who offers us Ultimate protection. As for the frankincense and gifts that were brought to Jesus, those were more of symbolical gifts rather than them to be used. Remember these three Maggi's or wise men as most people call them were not followers of God. They were astrologers who used stars to predict the future. So it was normal that they would offer only what they had.
@GracelyInspired thank you so much for taking the time to explain this to me. And my apologies, but I just have so many questions things about the Bible that confuse me a bit for example I grew up in church and we were taught that Jesus is God that the Jesus of the new testament is Jehovah of the old testament in the old testament God instructed Moses to burn insence behind the vail and after the flood when Noah burned insence the Bible says that it was a pleasing aroma to lord so my question is does God evolve like humans do since he loves insence in the old testament and in the new testament he does away with it because of the law and if that is the case then doesn't that contradict the verse in the Bible that says that he's the same yesterday today and forever And if he changed his mind about how he feels about herbs that he created, does he change his mind about us too?
I am in a very trying time in my life and I just need to know that what I believe is real its so dark in my life right now that I don't even know what I believe in anymore and I want to be faithful, sincere, true and steadfast in my belief
@@mervinbishop1711 You are welcome. I appreciate your curiosity and your desire to understand the Bible better. I will try to answer your questions as best as I can. First, you asked if Jesus is God and if he is the same as Jehovah of the Old Testament. The answer is yes, Jesus is God and he is the same as Jehovah. The Bible teaches that there is only one God, but operates in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are one in essence, power, and glory. They are co-eternal and co-equal. He is also called the Word of God, who was with God in the beginning and who created all things (John 1:1-3). He is also called Immanuel, which means “God with us” (Matthew 1:23). Second, you asked why God instructed Moses to burn incense in the Old Testament and why he did away with it in the New Testament. The answer is that God did not change his mind or evolve like humans do. However, he did change his way of dealing with his people according to his plan and purpose. In the Old Testament, God gave his people the law of Moses, which included various rituals and ceremonies that were meant to teach them about his holiness, his grace, and his expectations. One of these rituals was burning incense on the altar of incense. The incense was a symbol of prayer and worship, as well as a sign of God’s presence among his people (Exodus 30:1-10). The incense was also a pleasing aroma to God, because it showed that his people were obedient and faithful to him (Numbers 15:3). In the New Testament, however, God fulfilled his law through Jesus Christ, who came to offer himself as the perfect sacrifice for our sins. He died on the cross and rose again from the dead, making a new covenant with his people based on faith and grace. He also sent his Holy Spirit to dwell in his people and to empower them for service and witness. Therefore, we no longer need to follow the rituals and ceremonies of the Old Testament law, because they were only shadows of what Christ has done for us (Colossians 2:16-17)1. We can now offer our prayers and worship to God without burning incense, because we have the Holy Spirit who intercedes for us and helps us to pray according to God’s will (Romans 8:26-27). We can now be a pleasing aroma to God by living a life of love and obedience to him (Ephesians 5:2)
Scripture teaches what works and what won't. Pretty clearly too. Common sense is there, unchanging. Excellent video.😊🙋🇨🇦💖and Jesus is not a handsome heavy metal long hair-permed blue eyed guy... He said I am not comely. Do not portray Him as human eyes believe. God is Jesus and as such remember His humanity and divinity are Jew. Dark skin, short hair, not attractive Hollywood cliche. Fyi
@@GracelyInspired I am an A type personality, picky nit picky...😥🥺 Sorry. I meant general terms of assumption of Gods appearance, no man has seen but Jesus, Gods True appearance. 🙋🇨🇦💖
Many of the things that you are calling "demonic" are not and are riught there in the bible: saints, candles, incense, Mary and yes, even HOLY IMAGES that adorned the temple of the Lord. (Ezekial) and in the book of Kings, Solomon's temple was also adorned with carved images and in the book of Exodus, God commanded Moses to make carved images of Angels. All these things are right there in the bible, but the protestant "reformers" are not there. y'all are a little mixed up
Your comment leaves out very crucial aspects. First of all to say all of these items were in the Bible is wrong because not all were or are. Secondly, the intent of whichever of them that were listed in the bible were neither with the intent of protection or worshipping them otherwise that would have violated God's first commandment.
@@GracelyInspired we do not worship anything or anyone except GOD and bearing false witness, (which is what you are doing) is a very seropis sin. stop pretending that you know the thoughts and intentions of other people, and stop bearing false witness. It will come back to bit you at your judgement

@@cosmickitty5693 I think you might be responding to something else :) I was saying God was not saying we should worship those items as this would violate his first commandment. And I was saying that people nowadays use these items as a means of protection instead of trusting in the only and only true God. That isn't bearing false witness but rather stating what is commonly seen :)
@@GracelyInspired In your video, you claimed that these items are "inviting dangers and dark spirits into your home" and you classified them as occultic and/or demonic. I responded by showing you that many of the items you list in this catagory (catholic items) are NOT idols, nor are they occultic, but rather they are biblical and that carved images adorned the temple of the Lord. You then responded by telling me that the items I listed are not in the bible, so I showed you that yes, these catholic items ARE IN THE BIBLE and that you are incorrect.
