When at proper levels in the body, candida is a fungus that aids with nutrient absorption and digestion, but when it overproduces, candida can cause a wide variety of negative and serious health problems.

As someone who s been cleansing from a candida infection for a year now no food and no herb could have saved me. I took grapefruit seed extract drops instead daily and after a few days of GSE, candida came out of both ends everyday in large amounts. Now ( after a year)barely anything comes out, but it could have turned to septic chock had I not found out about GSE on time. 💜 I hope this helps someone who dealing with unknown and unresolved gut issues inflammation and low immune system.

Just a terrific breakdown. 👍 My wife is a huge fan of bone broth, garlic, and ginger as a base for many of her soups. ⚓ I cumin, basil, or oregano everything that goes in the broiler or on the grill! My kids were back to sleep in ten minutes after I dropped colloidal silver into their ear canals if they had painful ear infections I didn't need to take them to the ER. So impressed I tell everyone with little kids , to do that instead. I suffered as a child with ear infections. No tubes! Just colloidal silver which is silver in a suspended state. Using essential oils I learned that oregano and thyme are “hot” oils so this all makes sense. Thank you. I know this video is old and I’ve watched it numerous times years ago when learning more about gut health, but I am revamping my gut health again after some stress related circumstances and this video is still so helpful.

Thank you Doctors, love you both. Just want to make a comment about Coloidal Silver. I had a tinny drop if hair cream remover fallen into my eye, I immediately rinsed over and over, but it burned more after a half an hour. Thankfully I had Coloidal Silver I started to put some drops fequently during the day at night I woul put Aloe Plant gel again in the day Coloidal Silver I carried to work by the 2nd day was much better I continue with the silver during the day at night Aloe by the 4th. day my eye was like nothing ever happened. I could always see fine. The silver always refreshed my eye and stopped the burning when applied, by the 3rd day no more burning. So I do believe there is power in Coloidal Silver, I have no scar and can see fine, had no infection or anything else.

Excellent video with tons of great info. Just like to add that, for me, Oregano oil (Oregnol P73) was way too strong and just 2 drops over a few days caused major die-off so had to stop. I was taking it sublingually. Now taking caprylic acid sublingually ( 4-5 drops daily as MCT oil along with tablespoon of coconut oil) which seems to suit me better. Many thanks for sharing all this great info.

Garlic cooked will eliminate the healing substance in it, I believe. It's due to some chemical reaction. So will cooking garlic still aid our health? I believe allicin is the substance that is neutralized.

Make sure if you do this diet you have some time off work or something - I had to give in and end it sooner because I felt like I was going to collapse in Work. (Waitress) - also I found a sight saying Cacao can be used (which is a natural stimulant) so if you’re lagging from cutting out all caffeine I want to recommend you make protein pancakes (egg white, some oats, almond milk, cacao powder cooked with coconut oil) - it’ll fill you up and it looks like chocolate but isn’t sweet at all. I use 2 egg whites and I’m full for ages. If I didn’t start making these I think I would have fainted in Work. But one last thing I want to say is - this isn’t sustainable, it’s worth a try, but ultimately ‘starving’ the Candida puts the body under MORE stress, consider sticking to some of the guidelines but don’t weaken your system, eat well and don’t starve xxx

It's hard man.. if u got hidden heavy metal toxicity in your body getting rid of candida is impossible. I been detoxing for 6 years with chelation, chris shade's protocol, CBD therapy and much more. I think I was born toxic because my mother struggles with this too. She doesn't even try to fix it though lol.

I am frustrated with the medical system. I think my 11 yr old son has fungal sinus infection. He has been coughing for 5 months. The doctor prescribed 10 day antibiotics which helped but his cough is coming back a week later. I don't want to give him another antibiotic, so I am doing this! I will let you know how it goes.

Avoid cheese, dairy products, oranges ( apples. apple juice instead as it’s alkaline. Orange is acidic). Avoid muesli, chips, chocs, deep fried foods (all acidic). Have bone broth, mash/boiled potatoes, peas, grated carrots, raw celery, iceberg lettuce, 2 tablespoons dessicated coconut, Greek natural yogurt (2 - 3 tablespoons at breakfast and before sleep), strawberry jam.

i used 3 cups of pau darco tea and food grade diatomaceous earth along with activated charcoal and had fantastic results. the DE is also great for getting rid of parasites and heavy metals. if you want to ise diatomaceous earth it needs to be FOOD GRADE and the activated charcoal helps mop out the toxins after they die and you wont experience severe die off symptoms. really something to look into

It's the only essential oil that doesn't need to be diluted. I used it on an infected burn that had my arm terribly sore. Within a couple days, no sore arm and the burn was healing beautifully. Always use a small amount and watch out for any sensitivity. NEVER ingest TTO. It's only for external application.

Please please please do a video on alkaline acid - Im on an alkaline diet and I'll search specific foods online to see where they fall on the alkaline/acid charts and they differ greatly! Like one listed walnuts as alkaline, then another listed them highly acidic! so please help me - resources for alkaline charts, how to get the vits and minerals Im lacking... MJ Healthy Living (Miss Judy) I tried that. alkaline diet is extremely tough. best thing to do is long term. meaning eating all veggies and fruits(light on the fruits because of sugar content). fermented veggies is alkaline too. the steps they have here is right on the ball. follow it!

I have 3 different kinds of arthritis and fibro and degenerative disk disorder and was bedridden with the pain... for years I tried all kinds of herbs and supplements spending as much as $400 a month on that stuff - and within 4 months of doing an all alkaline diet (spending about $100 a month on food) my pain was cut in half! (I have a video that goes into great detail about that) So Im sticking with my alkaline diet - but incorporating the bone broth and I think Im going to add more supplements...

The real truth is that candida and EBV can be in your mouth and can lodge under crowns. If the crowns are loose or the overlay or if you have some hidden cavity......the candida or EBV can go septic.

Thank you. I have candida in the oesophagus and now it feels as if it is also in the lungs... am vegetarian and compromised in taking chicken broth. Hope it will help. I gargle and swift with Hydrogen Peroxide food grade. Blessings.
