Easy guide to literally print money in No mans sky. Proceed through the "Base archive missions" until you attain the medium refinery, alternatively you can complete overseer missions for the large refinery. Place Oxygen and Chlorine into the refinery, at the cost of 1 oxygen 1 chlorine you can make 6 chlorine, a stack of 250 is worth 150k, whilst a stack of oxygen will set you back a couple thousand. I wouldn't suggest making your hundreds of millions with this method as it is boring, but its good when you need a couple million or you're just starting a save out. You can also do this with ionised Cobalt to the same affect.

Your last top was the only one I didn't know and it's a very good one. To see the economy of other planets via the star map, I think you have to have an economy scanner in your ship first. NEXT may have changed that, I don't know.

On the subject of Chromatic Metals I don't know if anyone has commented this yet, but I figured I'd put it here, just to help out fellow Travelers. Copper x2 = 1 CM Emeril x1 = 1 CM Cadmium x2 = 3 CM Indium x2 = 4 CM Also, you can refine Platinum, Pugneum and Salvaged Technology in the Large Refiner to create Nanite Clusters. There are other less common materials like Hexite, Runaway Mould and Larval Cores that can be refined to Nanites but these three are the most common. 5 Platinum = 1 Nanite 10 Pugneum = 1 Nanite 1 Salvaged Tech. = 15 Nanites For Interstellar Trading there is a certain order to the items. Best way to get large amounts of cash is to buy/sell in systems with Prosperous, Flourishing, Booming, High Supply or otherwise Wealthy economies. To find out install an Economy Scanner on your ship which costs 5 Microprocessors and 1 Technology Module. The order for trading (with the color star associated in the Economy Scanner) is: Mining (Orange Stars) -> Manufacturing (Yellow Stars) -> High Tech (Blue Stars) -> Power Generation (Red Stars) Power Gen. also Sells to Mining. Creating a Trade Loop. Trading (Green Stars) -> Advanced Materials (Purple Stars) -> Scientific (Dark Blue Stars) Scientific also Sells to Trading Best way I've found to make cash is to scout the systems ahead of time and write down the names so that you can use the teleporter to travel for free, also make sure you have a ship with high storage capacity to trade 100-150 items at a time and go for the items with the highest percentage (usually the cheapest) because it has a much higher margin of profit than the more expensive items.

Whispering Egg farming (or Egg Hunting) is the most economic thing ever, I found a Terraforming planet where it has loads of eggs and I can find 10 in 10-20 minutes. My method is having to starship hop whenever you find those eggs, mine them and hop back to the ship unharmed and go back to the space transport thing and sell them. Just make sure have enough Di-Hydrate and Ferrite Dust so you can build those things for your ship thrusters because you'll be launching your ship a lot.

your multitool set up @10.17 needs some adjustments placing your advanced mining beam upgrades besides your mining gives extra bonus like wise for all similar upgrades..

Best way to make vast units quick: Use a signal booster and navigation data to search for secured something (the top option). You’re looking for manufacturing facilities. Break in and complete the puzzle to get a blueprint. You’re looking for a hydro pump or superconductor blueprint. Then just go to a space station and buy the parts to make them. Then sell them to the other pilots on the ships on the station.They sell for 2mil each. I made over 1 billion units in half an hour after finding the superconductor bp! Good luck!

Chromatic metal is easy once you get a big refiner. 1 Ferrite dust (abundant everywhere) + 1 Cobalt (abundant at caves) + 1 Platinum (mine at space or refine it from tritium) = 10 Chromatic Metal. Fast and cheap. No need to dig copper.

Larval cores have been nerfed recently, so they only go for 61K Units for me, now. And there've been a couple of changes the last couple of updates as well: The horrors burst out before the egg pops, now, and not all eggs have cores inside.

The visor also shows you details when looking at ships. Class. Slots and price so you don’t have to speak with every pilot. Saves time.

Find planet with extreme weather. Find S Class protection module to match said extreme weather, collect Storm Crystals during extreme weather. Make bank.

I fill my inventory with items in a high tech system and then travel to a high voltage system and sell. I have 3 systems to buy in and then 3 to make sales. I’m getting the tech sometimes at -50% and then selling at +73%

I didn’t get my freighter free. I saved them but the game glitched and I couldn’t find them so I did what you said 20 times and still no free freighter.Had to buy one costed me 6 mil but I found the storm crystals and I got a good money source now luckily.

The sales market buying selling, rather than just commenting you'll make more or less in different systems how about explaining the number system red/white percentage of product or how this can potentially crash a market selling excess of one item

i've been playing it on everything except X-box, i guess thats why the view list is so low, its not only on xbox so it is not wise to put xbox at the end :D

I can't seem to find my free freighter I've jumped to probably 5 systems and I push down on the D pad and it's darkened out, the radio scanner that is. Can someone join your game & take your free freighter? Maybe someone did that, if possible I don't know.

Also, refiners are your best friend!! Pugneum in a refiner will get you nanites. Yes you can directly farm nanites by killing sentinels. Di-hydrogen + oxygen in a large refiner will get you salt. Pugneum + mordite in a large refiner will get you gold. Gold can be refined into pyrite, and I believe it is true for the reverse. Whenever you discovery a new helpful recipe, take a screenshot of it before you begin refining for future reference.

I acquired a ceed from an artifact that sells for 10 million each in the right system... and after you dupe the shot out of it, you get a few billion if you're patient... just saying..

Suck BS that you get a Freighter for free now. I had to do so much work to get my first one and was proud of that accomplishment. Now anyone can just go up and get their first one for free doing basically nothing to earn it just sucks.

As far as I’m aware, the freighter will appear on your third warp, happened to me and all my mates, and like you said, yourself
