I'm also 19 and I adore my mum! Yes, we fight and we disagree on A LOT of things because she's conservative and religious while I'm liberal and not so religious. But at the end of the day, we're still each other's first choice on who to go to for a hug..... yes, my mum would rather hug me than my dad hahaha My siblings aren't that close with her and I'm the only one who happily tells her about my day. I started with that since kindergarten and I still do it now 😊

Ugh, I drink coffee all day and never have energy ever. It makes sense now that coffee shouldn't be my go to. I am a big water drinker too though, I love water.
I recommend water , eating balanced throughout the day n pre workout by eph labs because it gives energy n replaced my coffee. Now, i drink coffee like a couple times every couple months because it's a legit treat for me.

After I have my morning coffee, I am full of energy. Then I’ll hit a slump in the afternoon, but will snack and be back on a high again. Then it will happen again after hitting the weights in the evening. Love your videos...... they always give me positive vibes. :)

I typically find that my days start better if I get out of bed as soon as my alarm starts.. If I'm sitting up when I turn it off, I'm less likely to lay there and snooze it. I definitely need to be getting more water in and some vitamins. Age feels like it's getting to me already.. I can't remember being like this even a couple years back. I love watching your videos they are always super knowledgeable. I feel I am the most energized in the evenings. Drinking more water has always been a struggle for me but I have noticed that drinking more water makes me feel more energized.
I definitely think 9:00 in the morning till 5:00 in the afternoon are the hours that I feel more energetic but due to Covid 19 I lost my job so I'm not waking up so early anymore. I'm a morning person so I get my best energy, or creative energy the same time as you. As new mother, she's a little over one now, I noticed that my daughter is about the same as me. We're mostly active during the morning, sleeping during late afternoon, then early bedtime. It makes single motherhood manageable. By the way, I enjoy your videos. Very informative and relatable. This video came at a perfect time for me and my husband. We just got married October 24th and soon after he started a new job with a crazy early work time it has him getting up at 2am and he is not a morning person.. I often get up with him and try to spend time with him before work as we make his lunch together but I find that we both have no energy whatsoever lately. Be careful with having that blender in the freezer. Even the slightest bit of condensation from taking it out of the freezer can damage the battery of that mini blender. Or do you just put the top part in the freezer and not the on/off button part?

Most energetic after my coffee and morning shower! I love using peppermint essential oil in a roller during hot summer days or even hot flashes. Works immediately!
Living in a tropical country, drinking plenty of water is a must. I have tried many water bottles to keep drinking as much as I can but I still fail. Having a water bottle that can remind me to drink water would be a great help. I feel energized between 11am-2pm.
I’m always most energized in the early morning hours! I’m an RN so early mornings are unavoidable. I try to base my day around my “morning musts” so that I can relax when I most WANT to relax :)

I'm curious about those vitamins. So, they have Peppermint scent or oil? The reason it makes me curious is you take those and also use Peppermint EO... That can dry up your milk supply, you know that right? Peppermint is also know to cause seizures in younger children when topically exposed or diffused. I know you had your own Line of EOs, so I am curious of your thoughts here.

And mint is a known irritant/allergen. If you're allergic to it it will damage the lining in your mouth and esophagus. I'm at the stage where it gives me bleeding gums and mouth ulcers, don't want to know how the rest of my tract looks.

Yes!! Same here. I can get so much done at night. Problem is I then get no or very little sleep. Yet I'm still suppose to be up early and leave by 6:45, which almost NEVER happens and I'm running behind every single day.

I feel the most energized between 9 and 11 am! I usually have already gotten the kids dressed and myself. So I’ve moved around a bit 😊 and I either go on a walk with the kiddos during that time or exercise! Always boosts my energy!

I am defiantly NOT a morning person. It takes me awhile to get up and get started. I am a water drinker ( that's all I drink) but have never thought about drinking a certain amount by a certain time. That is a neat idea and then I would know if I am drinking the amount I should be drinking daily. Glad you showed that bottle!
I’m a night owl. I feel most energized between 5pm to 9pm. I’ve never been much of a morning person but I believe years of doing shift work made me a night owl and most energized in the late evening. :)
Before becoming a mother I was a night 🦉 but now motherhood and remote schooling forces me to wake up at 6:30 am. Not to mention I have 6 goats that need to be fed asap in the mornings. So now I feel my high energy levels are in the mornings but this could be due to going outside first thing in the mornings. I also use sea moss and maca in my smoothies which help and doing 7 min workouts in the mornings. Thanks for sharing these tips, we could all use a boost of energy!

I have very low energy most of the day and I know is because I really don't have good sleeping habits. I only sleep between 4 -6 hours every night, I have much trouble falling asleep. I find myself binge-watching youtube video because I feel that's the only time of the day that I have to time to relax and watch tv or get on my youtube to watch my favorite cooking/DIY/decorations videos. I started listening to relaxing music/rain sounds to help me fall asleep. I use to be more energized when I was eating healthy and exercising. Thank you for this video I'll check out the vitamins
