You said the Doultron Storm Limited had the longest range over 100 miles but on manufacturer’s website it’s only 50. Additionally, you said the burn e 2 max has max ip water rating of 67 but it only has 55 per the manufacturer’s website.
If you're looking at the right LTD version, should have an 84V/45Ah which is about 3800Wh of battery power. I haven't test-ridden this one yet so I'm not sure about its real-world data. But it is advertised to be able to achieve up to 135 miles. But as you probably already know that is under optimal load, road, and speed. Theoretically, I would expect the scooter to have around 70 real miles, but it's hard to estimate without having had your hands on it and testing the motors and controller. I mean most scooters you can pretty much slash the advertised mileage in half and that's about what you can expect riding it like a real human being. Nobody buys a machine like this to slug around at 25 mph 😆
You left out the most important scooter on the planet. I have a WEPED Dark Knight standing scooter and it gets about 175-180 miles range, a speed of 82mph, 12,000 watts (2x6000 motors) with a peak at 40,000watts. It's the fastest of the hyper scooters including the Rion if you could only get one of those. When someone makes a comment about the longest range "in the world" please in the future, do your homework first. What would be more actuate is if you said "in this price range" but since you didn't, I had to add my 2 cents :)
WEPED just completed their SONIC! it makes the DARK KNIGHT seem small weight 150kg top speed 140km/h (90 mph) battery 100a 72V range estimated at over 200km (120 miles)
@@keithsamuel6062 Yep i saw that video as well. It's amazing looking for sure. I love the Silver color and the built in batteries to the base of the unit. It does have 1 down side - being the batteries are now in the base, the base of the scooter is much much higher off the ground. the ground clearance looks the same but you are probably 12/14 inches off the ground from the top of the platform to the ground. I had that with my FLJ 14X and i hated it. The higher up you are, the higher the center of gravity...
can it actually go 70 miles? it seems that scooters and ebike never go the actual range and its frustrating to find something that actually goes at least close to the range specified..
Hey guys, just some constructive criticism here. I like the videos and everything but I think the flashing lights and words are a little much sometimes. Maybe you could tone that down a little? I am not even sensitive to light or anything but it was very distracting for me.
It depends on the model. Some models are tested with their respective regular speed, others with speed close to the lowest possible. In general, less than the top speed for sure.
