10 Marla CHISELED Triple-Storey with FLOATING Lounge House For Sale in DHA 2 Islamabad 

Great ultra mod architecture and split-level design. Cant say how practical it is to climb so many stairs especially for the elderly/ seniors like myself. Space is wasted on 3 TV living/lounges. Could have made less balconies and open internal views as privacy has to be maintained. For a 10 marla, it looks grand and that's why the grand price. Cleaning and maintenance would be a challenge. Carrying buckets of water mop broom etc up down will damage wooden stairs as happened in my home. Good for a small single unit family. Single servant quarter. Limited to keeping 1 maid /cook or 1 driver going thru the house? No external spiral staircase.

The front elevation of the house was amazing but the rest of the infrastructure disappointed me extremely as I compared it with the other 10 marla houses you have shown us in DHA Lahore. Maybe the house designer was trying to make a unique design but he ended up worst design I have ever seen.

overall congested floor plan and TBH not practical...especially Ground Floor. The drawing room is very small, and the dining room must traditionally be close to both the kitchen and the drawing room

Pressing on Words Like (Khoobsoorat and Proper) Won't Make it One. So Please Just Give Honest Reviews or I Should Suggest At least Be Honest While Making Videos and Don't Misguide People. 7.5 or 7.25 CRORES is Just Bizarre For Such an Awkwardly Built House. 🙎🏻
