You do know majority of the things he eat is healthy right? In fact he eat a lot of collagen, high protein, and vitamin rich stuff that typical people think is unhealthy. For example bone marrow is like a couple hundred books in restaurants here in the states because how rich it is. By the way, you have to taste authentic Chinese food, it looks oily but when you taste it; it’s not at all. Oh and secondly, he also have a lot of veggie dishes videos and sauces , lol. 😂
