Awesome! I’m glad that the late KK’s call in the 1980s for Zambians to go back to the land is being answered. Most fellow diaspora are now interested to get back to the land. The land reminds me of my ancestral village land although you don’t have rivers there.

The lack of organisation in some pieces of land sold. Lack of planning which is the case with many places in Lusaka but this side I feel its worse. Selling of huge tracts of land to foreigners...

Oh ok yeah, I think planning authorities are the ones that need to deal with that.? Foreigners you mean people that are not of African origin?

@@NatashaM. Foreigners yes I mean the ones from Asia. Its hard for the local authorities because the land is in private hands and I feel inspection is not done for approved building plans.
