I’m never liked exercising but I force myself sometimes because I know it’s good for my health. I decided to give pilates a go and I started with one of your videos, I must say, it’s the first time in my life I’ve enjoyed working out, I can’t believe I can even finish a 40min video. I just discovered you channel and I love how practical and professional your videos are! I tried other workout videos on RU-vid but have not found any with clear instructions on how to breathe and what muscles to engage. A lot of them are also really repetitive and do not feel like it’s a real professional doing the exercises. Thanks for sharing, especially during these weird corona times! I'm working out more than ever since I found your channel and I quit my gym membership because I love working out at home now! I have IBS and I found this style of workout is just what my body needs. Not too high impact, but still work up quite the sweat!
your instructions are always so clear and have helped me improve my form SO MUCH! even with something as simple as a glute bridge, your instructions make it so clear what muscles need to be engaged and which ones don't. now i can work out without having back or neck pain!
I admit that I used to deny the short workouts (thought they would not work). But this video is in the week plan so I have to practice it. And it really changed my mind. My arms they groaned like hell. So I took some more: 6 min butt & 5 min ab, then finished with 20 min stretch. Feel a lot better (since today I had some worried issues) “All videos of Move with me channel are great” is a true statement 🥰🙏.
I enjoy all of the lengths of the videos. These shorter ones are perfect for when I want to squeeze in just a little bit of activity in my day. Your workouts are so effective and efficient! I can definitely feel my body working, but I don't feel miserable, just challenged and motivated. Please keep it up, Nicole. You are helping so many people!
I love this short workouts, sometimes (rarely) I wander into other workouts like today, and don't like them much so I come back and do one of the short ones you have and finally feel I did exercise right.
Thank you so much! I work at home and I sit in an office for long time and I feel both my backshoulders and neck sore. I know I need excercise, some days I ll put it in schedule but not every day, since I lack of motivation to do a 30 min course. This 10 min course though is what suits me ,since I can quickly do it before I start working.

I've been doing heavy arm workouts for years and I couldn't figure out why my arms kept getting bigger instead of more toned (like the fitness influencers said they would 😑)and I realized I was making my muscles grow too big for my liking! My dancer friend said pilates would help get me the ballerina arms I want! I love your workouts so far!

I was dyingg throughout the workout thinking there was no way I could get through some of these exercises and then before I knew it, the workout was over and time had flown by so fast. Such a great, quick workout

I really enjoyed this workout, I'm a beginner and this workout is perfect, I really love how you explain every movement and instructions to breathe, it's very hard for me to find a fitness influencer that really explains well or that really makes me feel the burning workout but in a way that I can handle as a beginner, they are usually a little harder to take and not enjoyable... so thanks again
I gotta say your clips are a perfect toning and additional training to my usual climbing workout. I don't know exactly why, but the loving way you talk during your clips and the soft music + really calm and welcoming ambiente makes your workouts go mentally really easy! I love your workouts, they are amazing! Yours are the only workouts that genuinely allow me to push myself and connect with my body at the same time and feel amazing after!❤ I am a 15 year old Latin dancer and I have been recently doing a lot of intense cardio everyday to help to improve my stamina and fitness even more and I know I have been doing to much and I am starting to feel really burnt put. How much cardio do you do a week, and what other cardio? Also what are the best foods you eat for sustaining a healthy diet and body whilst giving you enough energy for dancing and workouts? It really means a lot to me, especially coming from a fellow Latin dancer.💃🏻☺️ I do more cardio now because I'm not dancing competitively anymore but when I was, I could only manage about 2 cardio sessions a week since dance is already cardio haha! Now I try to incorporate at least 20min of cardio into my daily workouts. I would recommend getting advice from a nutritionist when it comes to your diet, especially since you are dancing and will need more energy than most people. I'm not qualified enough to be able to give advice on diet unfortunately. I hope you are doing well and sending you lots of love. ❤️
