I agree in 100%. I didn't like running because I couldn't play tennis the day after running - my whole body hurt. Now I'm watching your videos before and after running and before and after tennis. Importantly, the content is gentle and brings peace.

I don't know wy it is so hard to take the time to cool down and stretch after a run but I just have never been able to get into the habit... until now. This is exactly what I need. Deep enjoyable stretches with soothing music.
Thank you for nice words, yes sometimes stretching is hard, as well as running itself, but people value faster recovery after stretching 👍 And just couple of minutes does magic 😊
I just picked this video at random after running a 5K and the "sitting glute stretch" really got me AND the "windshield wipers" I can really feel the stretch/stiffness on each side and by the end of it, I was feeling a bit loose in a good way

really? my muscles get kinda salty and a bit crunchy after i run. but sometimes when i do over 5 miles my muscles are a bit sweet and chewy. but oh boy, after i do sprints they can get sour so i totally get that
I’m very picky with stretches and exercises and usually when I have to follow a stretching video along I skip some of them, cause I don’t like them or it’s to hard or I can’t do them BUT this one is love at first sight. It’s so easy to follow ,it’s quick and I enjoy the combination of stretches ♥️ The music and the timer are so nice - also the different point of view for the exercises. Thank you for it ! It’s very relaxing for an after run.
Thanks for the great stretches. Ran a marathon the other day and i was very tight. These stretches definitely helped me feel better. I also realized i am no where near as flexible as i should be 😅
