This is a short and easy to get into workout that is demanding enough and does its job for the time constraint. It's great for when you're low on willpower and don't want to do 30 minutes, and it's great to build up the habit again after a long period of inactivity. Thank you! ❤
Her workouts are intense and incredible! But I highly only recommend doing them after you become more experienced in Pilates form. Bailey Brown or Move with Nichole both offer slower and more form based workouts, then you can work your way up to Miss Mary here. The quicker movement pilates is controversial, but I think it's safe and effective if you know your form and of course modify for your body! Highly recommended and my core is so much stronger since doing her videos

The workout is good, and it looks like she is struggling, just like me, but a little voice-over or explanation of how to correct your back so as to not hurt yourself during the most challenging movements would be healthy. BTW, this bicycle abs feel like the extension leg is cripple halfway.
