▶▷How long does weight loss take to show up?
The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc..
It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.

This actually works. If u got no burn, then ur doing it wrong. TIPS 1. first to get the rhythm of ur breathing, put your hand on you ribs and do big inhales and exhales. Make sure u feel your ribs expand in ur hand when inhaling, then closing when exhaling. Do that for a couple of times 2. When working out, don't over do it and do it so fast. The more you take your time, the more burn ur gonna feel, when u do it to fast ur not paying attention to your targeted places. 3. ALWAYS focus on your breathing as well. If your not breathing and flaring you ribs, then you wont get that burn and results you want. the best way to engage your core is to engage it of course and to keep BREATHING in and out.

@@anisa-ch9lu Dont take too much care of your body and relax it. Try to flex it 💪 You can do it. Also if you want, double it. 2-3 reps each, so you really feel the BURNNN

@@anisa-ch9lu BUT HEYYY if you are gonna do it, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont starve yourself. This unhealthy habit causes a period/menstrual cycle to pause for 1-12months so be careful!! 💖 That also helps a faster metabolism.. bloating is normal, its better than losing your period!!

Tips for my girlies 💓 Tip 1 : eating ! Eating healthy is really important! Don't starve yourself but eat 3 meals everyday (1 can have some sugar but try to not eat much sugar) and eat some small snacks if you're rlly hungry like : Apples , eggs without oil , with butter Tip 2 : skincare ! Don't do a 7 step skincare routine , 4 is the minimum ! , always start with water and domt pop youre pimples , also don't sleep with make up on !

Im a guy and find a lot of gym bro’s content far too harsh and unappealing… decided to give pilates a try and :)) finding it not only much more fun but way healthier for me too. I feel better while doing these exercises instead of the other ones just feeling like a chore. Thank you, seriously.

I actually did these exercises every day this summer. The result was that after two weeks I had a slimmer waist and the beginnings of abs. I had stopped because of my summer job and my studies, but now I am very motivated to resume these exercises. Thank you so much for these videos ! someone PLEASE like my comment so i can be consistent !! day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3: ✅ day 4: ✅ day 5: ✅ day 6: ✅ day 7: ✅ not a terrible workout if you want to become healthy and active! but it doesnt give the best workouts. definitely not for short term results, but i strongly recommend chloe ting ab workout for quicker results. i do love shirlyn kim, but definitely only for beginners! workout is only around 20%of the effect of wl, so do a cal deficit if you really want results.

@@zziinnaa hey!! i continued this for about a week, its not a bad pilates, but i recommend chloe ting ab 2 week challenge instead with a calorie deficit. it wasnt terrible, but it wasnt the best! but i still love some of shirlyn kims workouts:)

I am now 57 kg want 50-53 kg Day 1: It was a little difficult, I felt pain in the afternoon after training (57.5 кг) Day 2: it hurt but I did it! I felt pain in my legs all day. Day 3: Day 4:and besides that, I stopped eating fast food Day 5: Day 6:everything is as usual Day 7: I now weigh 52 kg kick so I don't forget to write the result every day!!

Your waist pilates are the best!! They're not so easy that you'd feel no burn, and they're not so hard that it makes you give up on the first move. They're just right! Your belly pilates routine is the best out there! Really burns my muscles without wearing me out... i'm so so so grateful for this workout!!! 💗💗💗

Height: 158cm/5ft2 Weight: 65kg/143.3 Waist: 79cm/31 inches Im still on my weight loss journey, so far I already lost 15kg/33lbs. My belly is still big tho, that’s why I want to try to reduce it. Trying to do it as long as possible, will try to update it and see if I got any results! (I have a b shaped belly) Day1 - was yesterday and I found it pretty easy actually Day 2 - had sore abs from yesterday so it was a bit more difficult, but still very manageable Day 3 - good morning! I just did it in the early morning because I felt like it. I like it because it’s easy, but I also feel a burn. Not in every exercise tho, maybe I do something wrong. I also do a second tummy reduction training, it’s only 3 mins and it’s before bed. I will do that one in the evening. Honestly, my belly does feel a bit smaller, but maybe it’s just placebo. Day 4 - I didn’t feel like doing it but I pushed through anyway. It doesn’t hurt anymore. Always try your best! Day 5 - done Day 6 - done, I forgot to do before bed workout the last two days Day 7 - done Day 8 - didn’t do it because I was too exhausted because of my first day at work Day 9 - I did it! I was again too exhausted because of my job but I was listening to self improvement podcast at work, so I just had to do it, or else I will never change. Also I got my iPad finally so it’s better to watch it on a bigger screen! I also should finally check my waist but I ate a lot today, so I better not before I will be disappointed because of the results. I will try tomorrow! Day 10 - did it! Day 11 - done! So i checked and my waist is ~77.5cm/~30.5 Inches ! Day 12 - didnt do anything but i checked how much i weigh: 63.7kg/140 Day 13 - did it! Day 14 - did it Day 15 - didnt do it Day 16 - did it Please like so I don’t forget to do it!

DOING THESE TILL AUGUST !! (I do heavy cardio as well) Day 1: some workouts were difficult to do because of my bad core strength but I feel nice!! Day 2: I did an extra cardio workout so this made me feel on fire! Day 3: fine, workouts got a tiny bit easier Day 4: the way I see a little results is nice. It got a lot easier Day 5: my core is definitely somewhat stronger, feels way more faster now and easier Day 6: family day so I didn’t do Day 7: definitely easier my family says they see some changes in my body Day 8: I totally forgot to write yesterday but it’s definitely easier Day 9: easy, I’ve been getting compliments from my family saying I look slimmer

Saaaame I started June 22 and planning to do this until August 21. I also brisk walk for 30 minutes and on a healthy calorie deficit that has minimal sugar and fats. For reference I am 5’1 and 125 lbs exact. Good luck to you on this 🫶🏽

Весь год откладывала свою фигуру на потом,но все.Больше откладывать свои планы не собираюсь.И до понедельника ждать не буду! Талия - 72 см Вес - 50 кг Скажу сразу,что делаю не только эти упражнения,но так же занимаюсь ещё по двум видео. И дополнять комментарий Я буду только когда сделаю все три комплекса упражнений. В питании себя не ограничиваю,только стараюсь не есть много вредной еды и конфет. День 1.✅ Я чуть не откинулась,вот честно.Думала моё сердце не выдержит. День 2.✅Сегодня у меня был очень насыщенный день,думала что не успею сделать.Но в итоге взяла себя в руки и всё сделала.Было тяжело,но тоналка выдержала все три комплекса упражнений.Тоналке ставлю 10/10. День 3.✅Сегодня мне все ещё было тяжело,но все равно НАМНОГО легче,чем в первый день. День 4.✅Всё сделала. День 5.✅Сделала.Самой не верится,что целых пять дней,а не один. День 6.✅ День 7.✅ День 8.✅ День 9.❌Не успеваю, к сожалению.Домой вернусь очень поздно,но завтра тогда сделаю два подхода.Утром и вечером. Вообщем,я болела пару дней,честно было не до тренировок,тяжело было даже встать с кровати. Я пропустила много дней,поэтому решила,что начну считать заново. День 1.✅ День 2.✅ День 3.✅

starting today (01.08.24) goal: 60cm in waist waist now: 68 (right before the workout) weight: 56.7 (in the morning) remind me please Day 1(1.08): ✅ it was too easy😨😨 i don't know why, i also did Shirlyn Kim’s workout «How to get a smaller waist», but not all the exercises, also did a dance workout «10-minute Afrobeats Dance Workout» it was amazing🔥🔥 Day 2(2.08): waist 67, weight 56.2 ✅ today it was a little bit hard, but i'm okay. i also did 15 minutes of «Afrotrendy dance workout 35 minutes» by Tara’s Body, i love it Day 3 (3.08): waist 67, weight 55.8 (in the morning)✅ also did some dance workouts, i didn't think that i would like them, but they are super cool🔥 Day 4(4.08): 55.9 ❌ Day 5(5.08): Day 6(6.08): Day 7(7.08):

всем привет!! решила делать эту треню , пить воду вовремя. я буду это делать на протяжении 21 дня. (также делаю 3 тренировки параллельно). талия: 66 см вес: 55 кг цель: 50 кг 1 неделя День 1: ✅ День 2 :✅ День 3:✅хочу сказать, маленький результат видно по весу. вес на данный момент 53,8 кг. День 4:✅ День 5:✅ День 6:✅ День 7:✅ Результаты 1-й недели: талия: 65 см вес:53.5 кг Неделя 2 День 8:✅ День 9:❎ День 10:✅ День 11:✅ День 12:❎ День 13:✅ День 14:✅ Итоги 2-й недели: талия:65 вес:53.2 к огромному сожалению результат не видно( Я не в коем случае не обвиняю в этом автора видео, видимо дело во мне, почему то вес не хочет уходить(... но я продолжу пытаться и тренироваться дальше!!! Hi guys this workout is easy and helps I have major trust issues when it comes to comments saying it works cuz I keep thinking they’re bots but no it works just cut off junk food only drink water and tea and you’ll see results I really went from 135 to 125 this summer and stay consistent!! As someone who’s been trying to lose weight for about 5 years doing this workout helped me keep going because of how easy it is and trust me once you see the results your aren’t going to want to stop

Hey guys!! Im trying to do this work out along with 3 other workouts for at least 30 days. PLEASEE try to remind me because I literally can't keep track of anything. My goal is not to see the number drop on the scale, it's to see a difference when I look at myself in the mirror. Wish me luck!!! (Ill tell yall the differences every 10 days) Day 1-✅ This wasn't too hard, but the LEG CIRCLES WERE KILLING ME. I really feel like I can keep going! Day 2-✅ This was lowkey harder to do, but im still pushing. THE LEG CIRCLES KILL ME EVERYTIMEEE. Day 3-✅ This was def easier but i was a bit sloppy. Leg circles literally make me stop for a few secs tho Day 4-✅ I ate junk today so I am gonna try doing this later today again Day 5- 🚫 Was lazy and had cramps Day 6- 🚫 Same as yesterday... Day 7- ✅ Purrr i did it today and it wasnt too hard!

@@taesauriorwar5928 en mi caso me han ayudado a tonificar mi cuerpo, mi cintura se ha vuelto más pequeña y mi abdomen se esta tonificando al igual que mis piernas, pero en mi caso hago otras rutinas para mis piernas y glúteos, por lo que no puedo decir con exactitud si eso fue gracias al pilates. Lo que si te puedo decir es que he ganado mucha fuerza en mi abdomen y mi flexibilidad y equilibrio han mejorando mucho

Doing this along with 2 of her other workouts!!! Also walking 10k steps a day Diet: None, just watching portions Starting weight: 127lbs Starting waist: 29in (I made this comment on day 2, so it'll be ahead one day more than it says) Day 1: Had to stop for some of the harder workouts, but overall it was pretty easy :) Day 2: forgot... but walked my goal Day 3: I could almost fully complete the harder excerises without stopping. I have yet to see physical results Day 4: My endurance has improved greatly, I can do this workout with ease Day 5: Nothing different from last few times, I'm going to try to do it more times a day Day 6: I was tired (walked way over my goal) so I skipped today Day 7: I don't see any results... I'll try working harder and being more specific Starting now. 5.5k steps I'll update weight in the morning!!! Weight & waist update: 29in :( 124lbs !! Day 8: Didn't excerise for 4th of July, was out of the house all day Day 9: I wore a crop top today and felt very confident, my stomach is a little flatter Day 10: I was putting together furniture ALL DAY. I didn't excerise today, only 600 steps. However, I drank 10/11 cups of water!!! Day 11: did the workout, and walked 8.7k steps Day 12: around 8.5k steps!! Day 13: --- Day 14: today was my bday which was what I was working toward.. I may continue doing this for back to school Please remind me to update 🥰

буду делать так долго, как могу!! 1 день: так быстро и легко, что не смогла опомниться!! талия утром 68.5 см 2 день: на утро талия была 67.5 это очень неплохо) упражнения было выполнять так же легко, но будто бы чуть сложнее чем вчера 3 день: талия 67.2, но живот визуально стал более плоским. упражнения было выполнять достаточно сложно. сделала два раза 4 день: талия 66.5 я почти добралась до размера XS!!!! я в шоке. упражнения давались достаточно легко!!!! 5 день: талия 65! сделала 2 раза 05.06.23 Изменено: я все это время не делала треню, но снова к ней приступаю) сейчас талия уже 59-60 см и мне просто интересно, поможет ли она опять!

Doing this everyday until I reach my goal of 95lbs. I am someone who does dance, but I have been letting myself loose. I am 105lbs currently. I will be using her HIIT workout aswell as this for a nicer shape! Stay with me on my journey to lose 10 pounds! 🥰 Day 1: ✅ I did this video + her HIIT workout. Definitely broke a sweat! My legs are much weaker than I thought, but I already feel a little better. Pilates gets you going!! (04-23-23) Day 2: ✅ I did both this and her HIIT workout fully back to back. I definitely feel my core getting stronger, and even my legs! No physical changes yet, but i do see/feel an improvement with my mood- I am much happier! + Been getting better sleep. Come back for day 3! (04-24-23) Day 3: I decided to skip this day. Break days are important :) Day 4: ✅ I only did this video today, because I had my dance classes today. No physical change but I feel my best. The workouts are getting easy and im starting to hold some of these exercises way better. (04-26-23) Day 5: ✅ It’s so insane that 5 days have passed since I started! Today my legs were very sore but after doing her HIIT workout and this one the pain felt great! I see changes in how my stomach looks! (04-27-28) Day 6: ✅ Completed! I only did. this workout. These workouts have become so much easier for me! Comparing with how I felt when I started out to now there is a vast difference. It’s crazy how much can change in 6 days only! I am noticing more of a shape in my abdomen. I’m trying to control how much I eat in a day to improve the outcome of these workouts. Thank you! Until next time. (04-29-23) Day 7: ✅ Don’t worry, I didn’t forget about this!! Had to take a week off of this because of exams and horrible period cramps 🥲 This weekend I had dance performances so i did this beforehand! I’m definitely seeing improvement in my body (slight hourglass!!) will for sure be back tomorrow! (05-07-23) ❣️LOST A POUND!

Gonna start this every day I’ll update my progress here Start weight: 65kg height: 168cm Day one: ✅ not too hard, feel the burn thooughh 😮 Day two: ✅ did it! Same as yesterday. Also I weighed today and I’m 64.9kg (I was 6.5 a few days ago) Day three: ✅ almost forgot but I finished it, less of a burn today. So far this is the longest time I’ve stocked to a single workout haha Day four:✅almost forgot so I did it in the evening. I probably won’t be able to do it Tommorwow because I have to go somewhere so I’ll probably take that as my rest day. Also I weighed in 63kg this morning idk how that’s possible but my stomach also feels a bit flatter idk if it’s just placebo butttt Day 5: ❌ as I said on day 4, I wasn’t able to do it because I came home at midnight, I guess I’ll take this as my rest day for the week. Day 6: ✅ finished :) btw I did lots of steps on day 5 so hopefully that makes up for it. Let’s gooo!! Almost one week I’ll weigh again tommorow and see if I see any results Day 7 ✅: done, I weighed myself today, im 64.8kg. I’m not sure if it’s the best time to weigh as my period just started though 🥲. Idk if I should continue doing this workout because I feel like I’m doing everything wrong and I don’t feel that burn anymore… Ok so it’s been a few days since I updated and I’ve decided I’m gonna start a different workout :)

I'm going to start today Waist before : 26 inches Day 1 ✅ in the morning it hurted like shit Day 2 ✅ went better by still hurts Day 3 ✅ I did this late at night because I didn't have time, but I didn't want to give up. Day 4 ✅ I also did this on a bloated stomach which I shouldn't have but I still feel better. Day 5 ✅ felt amazing I love having a burn in the middle of the video 🥰 Day 6 ✅ I had to do a little pause in the middle of the video because my dad came in🧍‍♀️ and obviously I don't want anyone to know that I'm secretly working out 😭 Day 7 ❌ I didn't have enough time but happy new years ❤ Day 8 ✅ noticed a different while my stomach looks slight toned and I measured myself and my waist shrinked to 25 inches which I am so happy and I also did this right after I took a shower after barely eating today because I was only focused on games and I watched 2 movies because I ended finish watching kakeguri 😇( live action I'm pretty sure) Day 8 ❌ didn't do it because I'm on my period and it hurts like shit, I was barely able to get up. Let alone do a workout😭 Day 9 ✅ Day 10❌ Day 11❌ Stopped doing it for my period but after I'm done my period I'll continue! Day 12 I have to say this does work as I also do basketball so I broke my ankle now I'm just resting and my waist became 26inchrs again but j recommend doing this and make sure to not overdo it! Day 13 Day 14 And make sure to have before and after pictures of your body's to see the change! And while I'm doing this I make sure to eat healthy but tasty food instead of continuing to eating junk food which of course you are still aloud to eat junk food but if you really want to change up your body, make sure to a 20/80 or 30/70 either is fine because it's still important to eat foods you love so you don't happen to get an a Ed because that's what happened to mine but I am slowly starting to learn to love my body and I no longer fully care about what I wear on my body because of my body type❤

Мой рост - 171 см. 1 день: 63 см, 54.7 кг. 2 день: 63 см, 54.2 кг 3 день: 4 день: 5 день: 6 день: 7 день: 8 день: 9 день: 10 день: Результат: - Тренировку определённо всем советую! Trying this workout for a week. Like this comment to remind me❤ I’m doing 1 minute for each set. Cw: 54kg Gw: 48kg H: 165cm My goal: to get a flatter stomach and a slimmer waist. I’m doing this workout with a plastic wrap around my waist so I sweat more. Day 1: ✅Definitely felt the burn on my stomach and shoulders. Day 2: ✅ complete. Was a bit easier than day one. (Update): decided to do it again. Day 3: ✅ Finished. (Update): Was out all day and got 26k steps and burnt 540 calories. Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7(final day):

my progress (as a 13 year old girl) day 1 7:30pm= It felt good! Did not hurt much, it was a pretty smooth go. day 2 7:57pm= this was actually stress reveling, and btw i haven't noticed a difference yet day 3 9:32pm= it was nice, i started to notice little indents in my waist!!! day 4 11:10pm= hold upppp i think this is acc working i lost 3 pounds and its only my fourth day

Doing this workout for the next 2 weeks, I'll update you! Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ I gave up on this one, and by this I dont want to discourage you. I just think that one should do the type of workout that works the best for them, and I didn't like doing this one. No hate to the owner of the chanel, she's a amazing body builder. Remember that workouts arent supposed to be "too much" or "not enough". If you dont feel slighty proud or happy after doing them, stop and try other ones ;)

Делаю 14 дней, до сентября вес - 61,1кг талия - 77см УДАЧИ МНЕ И ВСЕМ КТО ДЕЛАЕТ ЭТУ ТРЕНИРОВКУ!! ✊ 1 день✅ - это было быстрее чем мне казалось. жжения было совсем немного, но пот есть. дальше постараюсь делать упражнения как можно правильней. p.s. очки постоянно спадали🥲 2 день✅ - было больше пота. это было хорошо. сегодня нам дали горячую воду которой не было четыре дня и уже выключают до 29 августа.🥲 3 день❌ - я забыла еë сделааать. поэтому на четвëртом дне сделаю два подхода 4 день✅ - как и обещала сделала два подхода. может быть делать так всегда, это кажется более эффективным с двумя подходами. 5 день✅ - обычно я делаю еë ночью, поэтому думала что пропустила, но ведь это один и тот же день, верно? 6 день✅ - делаю с удовольствием, нет такого "побыстрее бы закончить". скоро неделя!! и кстати сделала два подхода 7 день✅ - пока никаких результатов нет 8 день❌ 9 день ✅ 10 день❌ 11день❌ 12 день❌ 13 день - сделала два раза. было очень тяжело. очень жалею что пропустила три дня🥲 14 день - я уже нк помню(пишу это уже в сентябре) 18.09.23 ноль результатов, думаю проблема во мне. в скором времени хочу возобновить эту тренировку.

Doing this for three weeks!! 😢😭 I used to do this workout video a lot, but stopped once my period hit, and I bleed for a week and then just forgot that I even did this 😅 Day 1: ✅. Was easy, yet felt the burn.🔥😢 and did some other workouts from my playlist + drank 2 glasses of green tea and 1,5 L lemon water 🍋🚰a guys I kinda forgot... I'M DOING THIS AGAIN, RESTARTING!! Day 1: ✅. Easy like always, did some other workouts 💀 Remind me to do this! And every like is 1 push up, and 1 burpee.☺️

Day 1✅- I lost in balance and hardly followed since I can't lift my body. Day 2✅- Much better at least compared to the first day. But still hard to balance. Day 3- rest Day 4- rest Day 5✅- I have finally found the balance and the hang of it. I also learned the proper breathing. It feels so relaxing yet burning. Day 6- rest Day 7- rest Day 8✅ - Done

Hi (⁠.⁠ ⁠❛⁠ ⁠ᴗ⁠ ⁠❛⁠.⁠) ill be doing this for a week and here is my progress: starting- 42kg (168 cm) goal- less belly fat and loose a few kgs probably :⁠,⁠-⁠) ✧ day one: i weigh around 41-42 kg, i ate about 1290 calories. I found that my hands hurt a bit after this exercise, nothing too bad tho !! (Ill try to eat a bit healthier tomorrow) (I completly forgot for 4 days but I'm back it it again, here's day 2) ✧day two: morning- so far I haven't eaten anything and I did all the exercises, my current weight is about 42.3. my goal is to be about 38.7 by next friday. not quite sure how I'm going to achieve that but we'll see. evening- did all the exercises again, so far I've eaten an average sized bowl of watermelon some diet coke, half a slice of low kcal pizza currently I weight 41.8kg ✧day three: morning- it was harder to exercise than the previous days but I managed, so far I haven't eaten and I weigh around 41.4kg okay uhm hey, I forgot once again but uhhh here I go again.... ✧day four (kinda): I lost all my progress so currently I weigh an embarrassing 43... I did the excercises and so far I haven't eaten evening- did them again, I was fighting for my life on some of them I think it's because I'm finally starting to do them correctly. Today I ate: breakfast: porodge, lunch: small soup portion, meat with pasta dinner: some kebab with salad and about 6 strawberries. I desperately need to be like 40 by Friday due to certain 'family issues' so let's see how that goes.. please remind me so I dont forget (⁠;⁠ŏ⁠﹏⁠ŏ⁠)

eating half a slice of pizza isnt a meal… u must eat healthy and a good amount of food in order to keep your body healthy! eating less isnt good! eat in a deficit, but dont starve yourself :(

Doing this for 2 weeks + the lesserafim workout I will update you everyday 💕 Day 1 - Felt the burn in some exercises but some I didn’t I think I’m doing them wrong 🥲 but other than that it wasn’t too hard. I was sweating like crazy tho 😨 Day 2 - today was easier, I feel lighter I wasn’t sweating like yesterday still didn’t feel any burn in some of them but I’ll practice my form later on *Going on vacation I have to take a 1 week break* 🥲
