Today's workout
Perfect as a stand alone dumbbell workout or a bolt on to your current back workout
Again if you feel this isn't enough for you and want a little more work on that back , then why not double this up into a 10 minute routine. Or try what some others are doing and combine it with one of the other 10 minute routines for a different body part
Again like the other in the series , what we are doing here is...
10 exercises in total
40 seconds on
20 seconds in between to get ready for the next exercise
Again how many reps you fit in in each 40 secs will depend on the individual and what weight you're using.

Spectacular thanks. I'm seeing far more progress in building mass in a few weeks with a few of your 10 minute videos a day than I ever did spending hours at the gym. Just amazing. Miss the gym bunnies though.

how would I progressive overload with this? do I add 1 set of exercise each week because I only have 5kg dumbbells
