My 10 Mins Walk At Home For Weight loss is an amazing a Fat Burning Indoor Walking Workout for Beginners Friends ! This Cardio Walking At Home Workout will help you lose all your stubborn fat including your belly fat , this is a low impact no equipment fat burning workout which has been specially designed by me for beginners, plus size and seniors.

This walk was fabulous. I'm 270lbs and can do this with ease. It's fuss free, I worked out in socks on my carpet. I can see me incorporating this workout into my busy teaching schedule. Thank you so much. I've been looking for something like this for a long time. ❤

Hi Natasha! I love your exercises, I have only one trouble with them, they are too fast to follow! My mind cannot follow when it starts, let alone my body! Can they be done a bit slower? You give me back my faith in the possibility to lose weight. Greetings from Hungary!

Hello NATASHA, I had a multiple fracture on my left leg, fixed plates I was a gold medalist, & also a state record player, but I was put on weight, I can't do a hard exercise but thank God, the exercises your are teaching is find it very easy thank you so much, I am a diabetic both my foot became numb, these exercises will help me? I am 59 and putting on lot of weight these days . Also hypo thyroid and disc surgery done 2 yrs ago… had lost 15 kg with keto diet but now bck to same weight 82…plz suggest some exersice or diet

For some one with fibromyalgia and sciatica this helps i guess. I cant even do exercise bcz of the fkng pain. On medicines and feel like killing me sometimes. Whole body from head to toe pains and loaded with medicines too. Once iam pain free will try this. I cant even do yoga n the bed. Im n my 40s not 60s. I walk and do things like those n 80s. Seriously fedup🙏
