Been following this channel since I graduated High School a few months ago. Thank you so much for these workouts you both work on so much! I went down from 220 lbs to 175 lbs today with you two alongside me as well as encouraging me to get a gym membership. You've helped me live a better, healthier life and changed up my diet with CICO even though right now I'm in the "skinny-fat" phase haha 😅. Now starting college next week, I'm gonna now start trying to tone my body and build up muscle to get rid of these stubborn flabby parts, all with the help and thanks of you both. Wow! This is incredible Eric and all of your dedication and consistency is surely paying off. Keep up the great work my friend and always remember that fitness is a marathon and not a sprint. It may take you years to get where you want to be but it's all worth it in the end. Helps also that you're 18/19 years old. :)

Hey Coach! I have three questions to ask about the abs 1. Why is that every time i do an exercise that target the abs my thighs hurt more? 2. Why does my lower abs bloat so much even after ab workouts? 3. Is there a reason why i see no development even though ive done an ab workout everyday for a week? chin lee, I'm not the coach, but I thought to try and help you out anyway. Why your thighs are hurting more than your abs? This is perchance due to the case of wrong positioning during the exercise. I'm not saying you do, but next time try to focus and be aware of how you go through each routine. The correct position is very important so that the right muscle groups can be targeted. Why your lower abs bloat? Maybe because of a certain food intolerance and/or inflammation within your guts. Try to eat mindfully and check out after which foods you tend to experience more bloating. Then, eliminate the specific food/s altogether from your diet. At many times, an intestinal cleansing solves this issue. You can do this by eating clean food, raw foods, leaving out unhealthy fatty acids and bad carbs, such as sugar. Freshly pressed and prepared green smoothies or juices are designed to detox your body in a gentle, yet proper, way. Why you don't see any developments after a week? I believe this has to do with your body-fat percentage. Do you know your body-fat percentage? I'm not talking about your BMI, that's just a summary, I'm talking about how much body-fat you carry on you in total? If you don't know it, then go measure it. There a few variations to do this; most convenient, but not always the most accurate one, being the measure tape method. This number is essential for you to know, because you need to be at least down to 15% percent of body fat before you can start seeing some abs. The lower the fat percentage, the better and more sculpted your abs will look. I hope this will help you out a bit, in case you'll be still coming back and reading this. Best of luck to you :-)

So, I did a research based on your videos and have found that I have anterior pelvic tilt, forward head tilt and it gives me a really bad posture. What should be my exercise routine? How should I incorporate workouts from individual videos?

That 3 part sit up was killing my neck. I'm having the worst time trying to isolate my abs and keep them engaged but I just can't seem to. My core is just too weak. But I did finish this.

So I've been watching your different videos and I am impressed. Recently I supposedly purchased a exercise plan and diet plan from a company I won't name but it's on a lot of comercials here on RU-vid and it was horrible no answers from the company and just the guy seemed like a jerk after and they don't care about your health and after that mess I was discouraged I didn't want to do anything anymore. I have seen you guys and I'm motivated again! I am 23 191 pounds and 5'2 I hate how much I weigh and look and i have struggled to loose weight so I'm excited to do your exercises! It's hard for me but I'm happy we shall see how it goes. Gracias coach and Claudia especially for the easier exercises lol
I curse you about ten different times during this workout lol. I use it as a finisher to your 30 min resistance band workout. I'm smoked at the end, but I feel great when it's over. Thanks for making these so positive and accessible. I've dropped 70+ pounds in the last 18 months using just three or four of your workouts every other day, and an overhauled diet. Thanks, you two. I'm truly grateful.
In that 3 level sit ups i use dumbbells while doing that is it much better or nah ? And btw I am really seeing results as I am doing the work outs! Except for the HIIT hehe
Just completed this, whew. I must have a huge heavy head because I had to hold it while doing the situps/crunches bc my neck started to feel the strain! Nevertheless it was a good ab workout, thanks for posting!
Excellent workout. Really liking the way I feel after it and the unforgiving burn throughout it. I've really let myself slip when it comes to the abdominal muscles recently but I'll be getting back on track thanks to you guys!
