As someone with major foot issues but not wanting to give up leg workouts, this is a godsend. No lunges! It's just what I'm looking for. When you have a disability, you really have to search for exercises kind of piecemeal- this gives me a great butt and thigh workout to add to cardio and other areas. I appreciate y'all so much.

@@wildmansamurai3663 We eat whole foods, as minimally processed as possible. We eat lots of vegetables, fruits, legumes, tubers, whole grains, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, etc etc - but nothing is "off limits". We really don't follow any rules or type of diet, we just focus on eating in a way that makes us feel our best (it even varies a bit between the two of us).
Oh, this one is perfect for right now! I'm not able to do any intense exercise as I'm fasting right now (it's Ramadan), but I've been craving movement and exercise soooo much that Pilates has been my go to movement for the day. Thanks for posting this!!!

Thank you, Kelly, for the workouts of 10 to 25 minutes. They really do the job so that I can fit all of my fitness in during a day or a week. Sometimes I do upper body weights and then some of your Lower body Pilates or sometimes I do all over by Pilates . I had hurt my knees doing HIIT so I’m working out a new program using the exercises you and your husband provide.

I love this channel and the variety of quick workouts. I’ve tried many of them myself and love full body workouts and the explanations of the exercises. This has inspired me to start my own channel, Lpittfit but I will definitely come back here regularly.

Maybe it's because nobody's up/around to bother you when you're doing your workout xD. I started exercising again as of recent with the help of these videos (primarily the kickboxing one) and I would go to my garage since there is plenty of room there, and do the workout stuff there 😆 and not a soul bothers me. Only issue is that in the winter it's like an icebox so I bought a portable heater to compensate for this
Great! I love pilates for a lot of reasons. Great for basic strength, form, posture, add on to other workouts or just alone to feel good. I would love if you would provide us with more core specific pilates, maybe in the range of about 15 to 20 minutes and a bit challenging, not unlike the core part of Daniel's 35 minutes core and lower body pilates.
Did this routine right after one of your 30 minute lower body strength routines. I workout in my basement and after this workout, I think I'm stuck down here. I am not tackling those stairs!! 😂😂
TikTok FAN OFFICIAL they have some really good 20 minute HIIT workouts (and even some that are shorter) and that's how I got into HIIT workouts and started doing longer videos. Also look for their HIIT workouts for people that get bored easily because you don't repeat exercises so it's really good for starting to get into HIIT!:)
I injured my left arm. So, should I just do lower body and ab workouts until it heals, or if I include upper body workouts, should I just work the side that's not injured?
working out literally for the first time. after these routines my legs are paining verryy bad like am not able to walk properly or move down the stairs. how long will the pain be there? any remedy to ease the pain?
You should never push yourself to the limit of pain. Since it's kinda new to you, don't be too eager to do over your range. Also, check your form. If what you're talking about is muscle soreness then that's normal. Always do a cool down and stretch out your muscles to ease the soreness. Fitness blender has got plenty of cool down stretches (:
Hi! Did anyone feel it in the quads and knees with the marching bridge.? I’ve got suprapatellar bursitis on my left knee and have been doing low impact knee friendly exercises, but the marching bridge made my left knee hurt a bit? Idk if I’m doing it right, any ideas?
You may have low hip flexibility. General leg stretches for flexibility should diminish it, but most people hear cracks in their hips when doing motions like the clamshell.
