This was an intense meditation. The heart shakra shook me to the core. Felt like i was pulled into my own body and everything shook around me. Almost like I was finally 100% present in my own body for the first time ever. You guys are awesome, thank you.

That’s exactly how I felt, I imagined a human figure covered in the different colours of chakra from head to toe, n it fused with me n I started shaking. It was amazing

Yes i agree. That's why what i do is listen on my Earplugs 🎧 on full. It makes my meditation experience more amazing. And I feel it is much more effective than Playing on a speaker. The voice of the lady is so soothing and calming that all i want for that 10 minutes is to just listen to her voice and not the voice of the world 😂

I love this video! My only problem with it is that it suddenly ends with a commercial if you don’t pay RU-vid. A 1 minute music slowly quieting ending might be helpful. It would allow me to sit a bit while I come out of the head space into the more conscious world. Just a thought.
