10 Minute Chakra Meditation (Daily Recharge) ❤️ 528HZ 

I almost do this mediation once a day. I love how calming it is and I feel safe and connected with myself. Your voice is so calming and loving. Thank you so much for improving my life and so many more lives. I have a lot of mental problems and I'm trying to get out of a depression and I'm really improving on my self love and that really helped me to get back into enjoying live. Sometimes I think that the world is dark and cold and people like you really made me see how loving others and the world can be. I was so surrounded by negativity and negative abusive people that made me go into compulsive depression patterns. And I really see how the depression took over me and my life and that life is not a circle and that things would get better and that everyday is a new day. This meditation helps me to get motivation, trust and positive energy to keep fighting and sometimes I can enjoy life without having to fight against myself and my thoughts. It's absolutely wonderfull and I hope everyone here is doing ok. I wish everyone luck and happiness and I hope you are loving yourself or trying to love yourself. I know it's very hard, but you'll get there. You can do it, you are beautiful. Sending love, especially to everyone who needs it rn💕 Also, share your stories below. Recently started meditating again after a recent health scare love this 10minute meditation

wow such a wonderful experience! I feel completely at peace, and when I had my eyes closed I saw all the colors especially the cooler tones more than the warm ones. At the very end I saw all of the chakras in color wave like in the Northern Light's. Felt amazing. Love you!

I love her voice so very soothing and calming . this is a great chakra meditation to be refreshed and revived as you see the chakra spinning and as you breathe deeply in an exhale you can have amazing results and be balanced for the day.

I don’t who will read this but I’ve been listening to this meditation video for the past year, I love her voice, memorized the sound of it, TELL ME WHY LAST NIGHT I tried to meditate and the voice was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! Tripped me out. I turned it off. Went to sleep. Played it this morning and she was back ! I was like ummmmmmmmmmmmmm okay

I'm new to this chakra meditation, but it really helped me today. I saw a lot of the colors mixing together to then form white at the end, and after I opened my eyes and they started tearing up is that normal because I'm kind of confused on that part.
