This meditation will teach you to develop the skills and muscles to begin your health anxiety recovery journey. While most meditations are about coping and managing anxiety symptoms, this meditation is focused on helping you develop the resiliency to recover long term.
The goal of this meditation is to practice the skill of letting go. Once the meditation is done, it's important to apply the principles to daily living. Don't use this meditation as the only time you "allow" and "accept" your symptoms. The practice begins after the meditation as you use the principles in daily life.

Hey Shaan. I have been doing meditation and breathwork daily as part of my overall health plan, which also includes exercise. I saw this and wanted to give your mediation a try this morning. I love doing mediation before I start my work day. I feel it sets the tone for the day. Anyway, I just wanted to tell you, that this may be your best and probably most requested video you have ever released. Not only was your meditation great, it is what EVERYONE is looking for when they start their healing journey. You packed the secret sauce into a 10 minute pep talk about what you need to do in order to HEAL. This is well done buddy. Great work!!!

Shaan, I am so grateful for your caring for others in such kind manner. Thank you! This meditation video will be a huge step in our journey towards recovery. You’re definitely on the right track. In my long ago bout with anxiety I meditate everyday as part of my recovery back then and it really helped. No doubt this will also be a part of my journey this time around.❤

This concept is quite similar to Barry's DARE apps approach except that yours clearly states the objective & thus cultivate consciousness & awareness so to speak.

Hey sir this was definitely your definitive video of your channel. . Ive seen EVERY one of your videos. Some multiple times I have saved. This was THEEE one. What i needed to hear from your personal words and guidance.. I know you try your best to tell us how to rid of this but at the same time its how you make your living. So there is always ONLY so much you can say without literally saying. If i could literally afford it i would have done your mentorship as most of us. But this is very appreciated. Its as if you took the blueprint or your report and read and explained it to us personally. This is hopefully all i need now to get through my set backs and keep on track for good. You ARE a Doctor man. Don't think your not. You Are. God put you through your roller-coaster battle struggle so that you can set a path to free other's. Its just the way it is.

I fully agree with your comment here! This video has the entire package or “blueprint” (to BBP) as you so aptly put it! And not only is the message clear and deeply reassuring, but the video clips and music are beautiful! Hearing Shaan’s voice makes it very personal and relatable. It has to be one of his best!

This meditation video is so great. It can be listened to not only for health anxiety but for any type of mental health issues like depression, borderline personality disorder, ptsd, and trauma as well. Because most of the mental health issues come from the sense of fighting our own thoughts and trying to fix thoughts and feelings instead of just allowing them to pass on on their own.

I'm in anxiety recovery now and Shaan is on the right track here. Also recommend proactively meditating on your sources of fear to induce the anxiety and then surrender to it. Actually embrace the symptoms and they will subside and you will retrain your brain. Takes time and practice but it helped me get back to feeling normal. Also reframe your anxieties with positive thoughts to reassociate the fears with happiness and gratitude. Shaan feel free to borrow this man! Your videos helped me and these extra steps worked wonders for me.

Practice gratitude for your lungs keeping you alive. They are not to be feared but appreciated. I went through this previously on my journey of recovery. Also if focusing on breathing do belly breathing with longer exhales than inhales. Every time you breathe thank your lungs for that breath and know they will do it again.

Why is so hard to just let the thoughts be there without analyzing or thinking because is like i’m not on control of my thoughts and they don’t let me just to observ . My mind is in autopilot did you guys have the same problem?Maybe because they are intrusive thoughts and they come in automativ way?

Yes. The thoughtS are an expression of your hyper sensitive amygdala. Identify your fears and face them. Embrace the thoughts and the anxiety that comes with them. When you drop the fear you will begin the healing.
