My grandma told me i couldnt have the last piece of cake that jab cross round house combination domed her thanks for the pro strats grandmas got a mean left hook had to put her away before she could counter.
Started training again after almost a decade of not doing anything. Life got in the way and thanks to this awesome videos , it brought that spark back and I have been doing this routine plus others. Thank you for sharing such awesomeness " oweeeee" 👊
G I just finished the whole video as my first time practicing Muay Thai, yet any martial art at all, since I recently got a standing punching bag from my father, as it was for Christmas. I wanted to say how much I appreciate you for inspiring me, and giving great advice for my fitness journey. I'm 14 and started weightlifting a year ago, so I'm quite strong amongst most. I'm drenched in sweat and enjoyed the best bottle of water in my life. Much lover brother, I really appreciate you. Enjoy life everyone, chase your missions, failure is NEVER an option.
I've worked out on traditional heavy bags ru-vid.comUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.
I just started a kickboxing class and it’s been one of the most challenging workouts I’ve ever done. I love it and I have so much respect to those who kickbox for sport. Tough workout yet very rewarding.
@@seanfagan How heavy is that bag and how heavy are you , I just want to know the max weight I can put on a bag according to experience and bodyweight thank you for your time and videos. I know my english is horrible but I'm chilean and a teenager so it's difficult for me
Diamond is a great place! The trainers are hard as nails but have a good sense of humor. I miss Koh Phangan! Thanks for the work-out. I'll do this one tonight.
I just want to let you know that I pulled the trigger and started training at a local muay thai gym. These instructional videos definitely help out with technique and development of proper form. I had my first "official" pad day the other day and was surprised at how easily the switch kick was produced. Now if I can just figure out how to stop getting dumped like a bad habit.
Great video Sean, I'm still watching it but wanted to say your videos inspire me to get better & better 'cause that's what mma is all about . Shout outs to errrbody watching worldwide 💯🐾🥊🥋🇲🇽🇺🇸
I just hung a bag up today (first time ever) and went at it for 20 minutes and it was a hell of a workout. This is perfect someone like me. I will definitely follow this routine.
Jason Fick ya I’m getting mine this weekend, I only did weights but now I’m trying to expand and I can’t wait. I always wanted to learn a martial art and this is a step forward.
Sean thank you for your videos. Truly an inspiration. I'm from Modesto California and grew up just boxing, Muay Thai is so much more fun, and challenging, and your beginners videos are helpful with power and speed. Quality over quantity right? And as a father of three kids out of school because of covid, it's a great anger management system where I can workout in my living room following your videos. Keep them coming!
Thanks sean. Grappler here that cant hit the mats to roll due to this cv19 crisis. Dusted off my old punching bag and gonna spend this time improving my striking with your drills.
that is an awesome drill the way its made. I cant afford to buy more muay thai stuff but I have liked and subscribed and will deffinately be using this video thank you for posting it.
Sean thank you for sharing this. I go to an mma gym that has both Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu. And the classes clash together. My job as a police officer I focus more on the Jiu-Jitsu but it’s always good to learn some sort of stand up defense and striking. Thanks again and continued success
Everything on a bag looks good. Real life is different HOMBRE. I see a massive opening staight kick to bollocks. Guess good work out. Lower back muscles will become overstretched with time.
@@seanfagan it amazes me how some humans behave.... Just came from training this morning to an old middle school buddy telling me to "quit trying to be someone im not".... i have literally been training for several years now... and just because its new for them they have this opinion... i literally LOL when i read the text... Thank you sean and all your hard work you do for your community!!🔥🔥🔥
the tip about turning your shoulder over into the kicks has really helped me. I've always heard to kick through the bag but you really helped me to visualize the kick so much better. thanks dude 👍
Man as someone who's new to Muay Thai, watching your technique is amazing man. It's beautiful and it's what I'm working towards every single day! Thank you for the great video!
Man, RU-vid randomly suggest your contents and BOOOM, turns out so great, swear to God. Am a newbie at Muay, started learning as loosing weight workout at the beginning but then soon found my love to this martial art, and have to say your channel is so helpful and easy to follow. Thank you so much, and keep creating more contents. Be safe on pandemic. God bless. C.
You have a calming voice. You should do guided meditation! Obviously don't stop the Muay Thai tutorials! Seriously weird that your voice suits Muay Thai and meditation 😂
Wow! Amazing! Thanks for the follow along workout. I watch it first to study all you technique pointers and then run the workout. Beautiful and thanks!
Common mistakes I did when I punch the heavy bag is I go all out at the very first round of heavy bag drill... Thank you for reminding me to pay more attention of basic drill...
I did an hour on the pads with my coach , lots of footwork, elbows, knees , kick punch, changes of direction my brain was hurting and I then did your 10 mins on the bag, great ending.
Amazing finally found a good fighter to watch since I do all my training on my own I'm trying g ti become an amateur fighter but dont belong to any gyms
Hey Sean can you do more of these guided training videos? It helps when we don’t have to watch and are able to listen while doing drills. It’s like you are there coaching. Love your videos brother! Really helps my training.
Yes I plan on doing more in the near future, however I have over 30 follow along workouts in the heavy bag blueprint 2.0 (heavybagblueprint.com) and a bunch of new bodyweight/shadowboxing workouts inside The Fighters Body (www.thefightersbody.com), so I'd definitely recommend checking those out as well!
