And there have just been a very bad situation, because of me and my personality....😮I have never been accepted as a part of the family and my adhd doesnt make it better...But I know now, that Im a wonderful, amazing and kind and loving human being. Thank you @Marisapeer ... I have trouble dealing with myself and my way of doing things when im in flight-or-fight mode ex. something went a wrong way at work. Took a big wrong decision. Etc. And i dont even recognize it while it's happening... Do you have a help for us who are growing most of our childhood being severely abused when this occured? Something to prevent us from getting into a flight-or-fight mode?

However, for this, I listened a few times, so I know what she is going to say; her voice tone is wonderful and helps me with the message.
