Poha wash, spread out, soft texture, water for giila, not too dry kr soggy, boiled grated aaloo, onion bareek, boild matar, shimla mirch, garlic and chilly, chaat masala, namak, jeera powder grated gajar, sweet corn. Cornflour and coriander. Make dough, then give shape. Cornflour and water, for dipping. Dip, then roll in breadcrumbs. Shallow fry.

I made this today aarti ......the cutlets are simply yummmmmm........I dipped them in cornstarch slurry n rolled them in powdered pohaa. Your recipes are always yummmmmm.......thank you so much .......warm regards

Tried this recipe! It tastes GREAT! The only variation I used was instead of aamchur powder which I didn't have, I used garam masala powder... also didn't have green peas.. I am sure green peas and aamchur powder would add more taste
