If you are new to meditation and want to develop a meditation practice? If so, then this video is for you. People always approach me about wanting to meditate more, but they are not sure where or how to start. So I came up with a 21 day meditation tracker and also made guided meditations/silent meditations to help you get started. I wanted to take the guess work out of it. All you have to do is to download the FREE Meditation Guide, pick from the meditation options and start meditating. It’s that simple! If you can, bring a friend with you and get started together. Day 7 # 4. My sitting was fidgety today. Lol. So much to do. Busy. But always good to put that dicipline in and keep ones seat. For april i am doing a month of letting go of items and no buys . and continue on with sitting, mindful walking and mindful action. Thank you for your support once again. May all being experience happiness and the root of happiness.🙏🙏🙏🙏

This is my first time doing for 10 mintues straight with purely focusing on my breathing, but also letting my thoughts zoom out from one ear to another. I feel like i didnt have to force any bad experiences in my past out of me. I needed to have thoughts of gratitude and self-love to let these memories go. Thank-you so much. My anexity shot down gradually, and my head feels so much better. It kind of feels as if my ear drum isnt as clogged up if any of you guys went up a mountain and had your ears plugged by air pressure. I feel teh same effect, but now my head is cleared out with negativity, and onto the rest of my day to fulfill my goals for today! This is amazing. Ill look at this video right before i go to sleep!

Thank you for this. Day 1, my mind is “chatty” it’s been too long, I can see that it will take some time and discipline to observe the “thinker” and restore my presence to the moment at hand. Looking forward to the next 20 days to restore the best habits!

This is great! Here is great advice I got from one of my meditation teachers here in Thailand. He said that there is no "unsuccessful" meditation. Every single time you close your eyes, it's considered a success. You are building a foundation and this is just one brick you are laying down. Keep laying a brick one day at a time and feel proud that you are taking action. I'm so excited for you 🙏🙏🙏 keep up the great work 😁

Day 4 and 5 i was so busy i crashed aslepp when i got home. Bit day 6 #4. Meditated with group. I am noticing i am less reactionary in difficult situtions. Did a couple of mindful walk. Still working on being mindful of my talking/speech. Allowing space to let go and not cling to what i think i need to say. I don't. Listening has been impt. I get to drop all my perceptions and just open hearted listening. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Day 21. #3 ! 🙏🙏🙏. I planto do 10 or 15 minutes meditations for next round. Since my life has been emotionally in a unheaval. See you at my round 4! 😄😄😄

@@nickkeomahavong01 yes, i will set up in a couple of days. Weekend got busy with writing, rehearsing and decluttering my art supplies and tools for a 4th round. Then i get a short noticed message that there is a rehearsal tomorrow! Not a dress rehearsal thank goodness. But i am happy. I love doing comedic characters. 😂😂😂😂

I really like this timer, but it's very unfortunate it's monetized. So many of these ads throw me off right before the meditation start. Even though I appreciate offering this for free, it feels like it defeats the purpose

Not me pressing pause at the beginning and coming back and not press play. Im not even sure how long I meditated because i thought it was on. SMH. I enjoyed the silence tho.

I'm beginner. I felt my breath very shallow and at times trying to control my breath so a bit anxious in meditation. Thoughts wonder but trying hard to focus back on breath. Hopefully will improve with time
