I am almost 70 years old. Before the pandemic, I went to my gym five times a week, for a variety of classes: total body, spin, zumba, etc. I am happy to have found Heather! I shall return for more. Thank you, a lot!
yes there as never been a better time to work out and for anybody who as never worked out, go for it once you begin it's easy you'll feel so much better afterwards there are plenty of new channels online with free tutorials including mine which specializes in stretching so let's make the most of this free time we have on our hands now, you invest in your body you invest in your health.
I have been doing this workout three times a week after lifting. It’s an abs killer but the result after 3 weeks is crazy. Thank you Heather and way to go everyone!!!
I do this ( or switch to another standing abs sometimes) almost everyday for the last 35 days and lost 5kg. Thank you Heather. Still need a long way to go for my abs to show but I wil keep doing this. Below is my routine. Start with 3 mins warm up Follow this video ( sometimes 2 sets or switch to another standing abs) 7 mins zumba cooldown.
I can’t believe this worked! Lol! I have scoliosis, and most ab strengthening moves hurt my back. This was “easy” on my back and I am feeling deep soreness even 36 hours after I worked out! Thank you for this one 😬
I started with your trainings two weeks ago and I love them. They're so useful. I usually recommended your channel to all my friends. Thank you so much. Kisses from Basque Country
Wow - I have to say that this is GREAT for the stomach area! I had a hysterectomy, and I can REALLY feel this workout in the lower abdominals, Thank You so much for this!!
You're so awesome, finally I found someone whom is realistic about balance .... I though something was wrong with me all this time, I have a disc surgery on my back and this video felt awesome ❤️❤️❤️ thank you so muchhhh
I've been doing this for 3 days and omg 😍 I thought I was off in form because my inner thighs burned crazy especially the first time, but my ab muscles assured me I wasn't! I still can't do it all at once but I'll be able to soon! My waist is for sure smaller, and my whole stomach is, and it's more defined. I feel the muscles!! 🥳 I knew you were badass when I saw your face and as soon as I did this exercise once, I knew I can train with you. Thank you! 🔥
First time trying this and I have to say, it was pretty hard! I got tired too easily, my body starting to burn and started to get pain, was sweating so I’ll call it amazing! I will keep on doing this too lose weight and burn all the body fat I have. I love this ab workout! It’s totally different and a very good way to gain abs standing up. Thank you 💪🏼😊
Wow! Finally, a set of ab and oblique exercises I can actually do without ever having to lie on the floor or requiring me to raise my legs to complete each task successfully. This is a simple workout I know I'll be able to perform everyday either upon rising or when I head home from work in the afternoon. A great workout indeed! 👍💪😀
Hey Heather, that was really amazing! I've been on an ab challenge for the past few months and kind of hit a rut. (I really dont like floor exercises) but this really renewed my faith and determination for getting lean abs! Thank you so much 🙏🏾
You came at a time when I was so low with what to do with my body. I had gotten so discouraged. With your workouts…even though I’ve just begun, I feel so confident when I finish. I feel stronger with each workout. Results are bound to come. Thank you! 🙏🏽 you are a blessing and answered prayer.
Omg, I’m doing this to help with recover from breaking my ankle. I’ve been laid up for a year. I used to be in reasonable shape strong legs. But, wow, this will really help me. Will also help me regain my stability. 58 yrs young. Thank you
I actually had plans to straighten my abs but all the workouts are not my type and it leaves me in severe back and shoulder pain. and thats when i found this video and whoever is reading this now ppl THIS IS AMAZING the workout in this is actually very easy in my opinion. and i can actually feel the burn and its not so painful. i am definitely gonna recommend it to my friends. THANKS A LOT FOR THIS VIDEO HEATHER ROBERTSON ❤ ❤ LOTS OF LOVE❤
That felt like a good quick cardio boost. I didn’t feel much in the abs so maybe this is a super beginner routine. I’ll keep it in my rotation for little pick me ups.
I am really enjoying and seeing results from Heather’s workout. Note : I am almost 73 and can do most like everyone else. But I make small modifications on those that are a little to intense ie jumping, etc.
I’m 65 & a lung cancer survivor. I lost weight but when I began to gain it back while recovering it all wound up on my belly. I was not happy. After about 2 weeks of doing these standing ab exercises I am seeing results & the dreaded muffin top is disappearing. Thank you Heather for sharing this routine, it’s working for me and I’m so happy to be getting my silhouette back.
The choice of exercises is well-rounded, targeting various muscles in the core and incorporating different movements to keep things engaging. The video's pacing is spot-on, making it achievable for individuals with busy schedules to sneak in a quick and impactful ab workout.
Thank you for this amazing workout!! I have been working out for a month now and I consider it good progress that I could complete this one with you without any breaks. Thanks a ton!
I'm going to try to track my progress doing this everyday ( or every other day) I will be recording it by the week My new favorite workout. I'm surprised that I was able to finish. Super proud of myself. Starting Measurements: Bust: 48 Under bust: 41.5 Waist: 41.5 Hips: 57 Hipdips: 55.5 Love handles: 55 Right upper thigh: 36 Left upper thigh: 36 Right calve: 17 Left calve: 18.5 Week 1: So it's been a week. I've had about 2 rest days from this workout but did others. It's actually getting more challenging and less challenging at the same time. I suppose because I work out 7 days a week so it's just my muscles continuously working. I find it easier to get through without looking at the timer and letting my mind wander off onto other things. I also ended up muting the video and playing my own music which also helps working out to my favorite songs. I've been working out for about a month, but from last week I have lost 1 inch on my waist, hips and hip dips. I'm extremely happy and will continue pushing and updating as well. Week 2: Week 3: Week 4: Ending Measurements: Bust: Under bust: Waist: Hips: Hipdips: Love handles: Right upper thigh: Left upper thigh: Right calve: Left calve:

Just want to say thank you for the workouts! I’ve tried a lot of different workout videos on RU-vid and yours are always my favourite. They’re straight forward, just the right amount of challenge, and I always feel great afterwords! I’ve developed a great routine using a handful of your videos! You’re great! Thanks again 😄👏🏼💪🏼
@@gracekay2084 results are fantastic. You start to feel your body toning right away as long as you have proper form. This workout never disappoints I purposely look for it when I want to do my standing abs.

An all time favorite. A great way to get my body moving while waiting for 4.0 W5 D22 to become available. ❤ Wishing everyone a wonderful week getting stronger! Thank you, Heather! 🌟
Still love this one! It’s the first video I found and tried of yours and I was hooked! Loved the moves, the music, the timer, everything! So thankful for you, Heather! 🙏🏻✨❤️
I am 60 years old and I enjoy all your workout video's. Some are much to hard, but I don't give up I just move on to another exercise you have for full body. Thanks for all your exercises.
been doing this exercise for 3months now and it quite surprise me for the progress. it just don't trim the tummy but also the lower abs are getting flat! Thank you Heather for this 😀♥
as someone who struggles with rheumatoid arthritis, and who has a hard time working out- this was such a challenging yet awesome workout. I am not able to get on and off the floor that well, so I am stuck to a bike or walking. However, this made me shake as I tried to balance. Making it a good workout and arthritis approved!
this is my most favorite workout in my entire selection in my playlist. Even during those lazy days, this will always be my first choice because it is easy to follow and a good start to my exercise routine and definitely not monotonous. Love the fact that there is just music and a small side screen of what is up next. Perfect. Thank you so much for motivating this body to move and keep on moving.
LOVE me a good short, standing workout for breaks from desk job and this one is perfect with the countdown timer, preview of what's next & upbeat music
day 1- im sweating like a lot and i dont feel sore yet but i know i will later day 2-still sweating tons !!! i think today was harder than yesterday tbh. day 3-it was pretty easy today. this is a great workout cause it leaves you sweaty, but makes you feel great ! i took a break on the weekends. day 4 day 5 day 6- day 7-
Great WO.. I do this after Heather’s abs WO on floor. This also works on arms as well as Ikve noticed my arms getting tired simultaneously..Thanks Heather.
Quite work out however I like these 10 minute ones as I can do before work in the morning as I have to be there at 5:45 am thank you and see you soon x
I tried this for the first time just now and boy was I sweating! I love how some of the moves challenged my balance which engages my core as a result. I will definitely come back!
Update: Did this again today and was, again, sweating and breathing heavily. When it got hard, I reminded myself to breathe, engage my core and move gracefully. Experiencing soreness now. But the good kind ☺
Great workout! Love the "Up Next" frames. Would love to hear your voice and some words of encouragement during each workout! Many thanks for doing these, especially now during the pandemic.
Hearher, I love your workouts! They definitely have helped me burn off unwanted fat and gain muscle mass! I lost 15# in 2 months, gained back 4# of muscle, and am now a size 8 (down from size 12). Thank you so much!
@@amnbhl6844 hi, sorry for the late reply. Nope, no diet. I have been cooking a lot more since the Covid lock down. I cook a lot healthier than when I eat out 😆.
@@tahirahussain1271 I did the 10 minute abs and just picked workouts that I wanted to do. I did at least one workout a day for 5 days, in addition to getting in, on average, 8,000 steps everyday. I am now a size 6 but Thanksgiving , Christmas, not working out everyday, and cocoa because it's cold outside have added a few pounds. I am re-starting the 1st 12-week workout the first week in March. In the meantime, I bought a bike an trainer so I can ride in the house while I watch TV, instead of wasting away on the couch.. I hope you are able to fit a few videos a week. Believe me, when I first started my workouts in 2020, I had to stop the videos to catch my breath, walk around the house for a few minutes and come back and finish.
This has been one of my favorites. It was challenging, had my heart rate going and I enjoyed the variety. You are killing it & thank you for sharing this with all of us. ❤
Wow! this is the only 30-minute work out that I've tried and finished without really feeling exhausted at the end. I feel energized. The trainers doesn't focus on being there on the screen looking pretty but they are the real thing. I really don't like exercising it bores me but this really made me feel like I can work out too. Thanks a lot for this video guys. This is highly recommended for beginners (again).
I like the playlist, I do this standing workout exercises when I wanna relax, dance and let my happy hormones take over especially after a HIT training and intense abs workout.
I really do like this style of presenting a variety of drills and mixing it, all I what to do is get into my workout and keep in going, flowing, uninterrupted and with no distractions. This series is the bomb. Great tunes. Go Heather ! I shall look for more.
