I am very thankful to have found your page . I just found my straps in my closet 😄 I woke up and had breakfast and looked up stretching strap and There you were ! I will be following everyday . I need back surgery so I need to be able to be fit for this . 7:51

That felt great - thx Coach Kim! I just did this while at my desk with some modifications for the floor part, but couldn't get 100% benefit of the lower back part - I would love for you to do a desk stretch routine, please?!!

Is this the best exercise to do? I'm wondering if you do any other types of exercise, like yoga? I've heard that yoga is hard on your body 😊❤
