I really need to do the 10 minutes is better than no minutes, because I'm the same way as you. If I get super overloaded and overwhelmed, absolutely nothing gets done, and then it just adds to the frustration.

Your ten minutes is like my one minute challenge. Sometimes I try to accomplish as much as I can within one minute or in the time it takes the tea kettle to boil. When I'm most exhausted, I can still muster up enough energy for that short length of time to accomplish something in the moment rather than delaying it. And it feels better that way. Beautiful video -- the music especially. Thank you!

My problem lately is that I lack motivation, not time, time is what I have most, and I'm being more lazy than I wish. The mention of spending 10 minutes doing something gave me motivation to start implementing that in My life. Thank you😊💜

Mmmmmmm. interesting Lea. I'm a recovering perfectionist, approval and body image addict and i actually cant go to places that remotely focus on anything at all that has a teensy weensy tiny bit of ought attached to it. I have genuinely found my freedom and joy in using my body in the old fashioned way. I LOVE being industrious and that is my lyrical space, my prayer space and my pondering / listening space and my body space. I walk productively - a bit of foraging and visiting: lots of yard work and helping others. I enjoy household tasks - all of them🥰. My husband and I are part of an Israeli Dance group and we all goof around , use our brains and laugh a lot. Laughing stops my far too serious attitude of responsibility to EVERYTHING. We have nine grandchildren under the age of eight and i can run with them still and swing them up in the air. This is not a criticism of all you have beautifully shared, but how I reset myself from my tyranny of perfectionism.

Showing yourself grace in tough times is some of the kindest things you can do for yourself🤍

When I have my mind to do something, I do it and then move on to the next thing, scheduling out my day in my head and sticking to it best I can. If plans change, I take it in stride.
