Hi everyone! In this video I gathered my favorite exercises for feet strengthening into a 10 minutes follow-along workout that we can all enjoy together.
For these exercises you will just need an elastic band but it’s optional, you can still enjoy the workout without any equipment.
I think strengthening the feet and making them more flexible and articulated is super important for ballet dancers so I hope you enjoy this little workout routine.
