It was thoughtful of Sarah not to call her out. Who knows what kind of day she'd had before the show. Sarah's crude and amazingly funny, but she's always struck me as very empathetic and compassionate.

It's often Sarah herself - in this it's someone else, but I'm pretty sure it's staged too 😜👍
