Serious I had my stroke in 2018 affecting my left side. I just have to thank you for your empathy and helping us all. I will never give up I’m having a difficult time keeping my elbow on the table with my arm up which is making it hard for me to swipe my fingers, hand up the arm and to shoulder. Ok. Keep watching

Amazingly, Fantastically MOTIVATED!! This is something I have honestly been needing for the past couple years. Miraculously, once you began, I paused the video, went downstairs, and found my ankle weights that have been hidden there for years. In almost every routine I am not yet able to raise my legs as high as what you demonstrate. But I feel certain that such a height will arrive in a few weeks, with a twice daily repitition. Even though there is some minor "discomfort" from the non-usual movements there is a very strong sensation of wonderful circulation. THANK YOU so much for making a change in my life!! 🚼

You are helping me get ready for an ultrasound on my legs and arms hopefully I will have good results from the ultrasound test.My right leg feels a little better since working out with you, it sometimes hurts to get up from a chair.Thanks for the video.

Terrific… thank you so much. Will do at least once per day. I do the leg lifts, set of 50 each leg 3 -4 times a day, and the stand up exercise 20 times. Some of your other exercises too. I have also been doing the sit to stand partial stand where my legs are bent at the knee for added strength. They have really helped too. And ankle pumps to prevent clotting. Now i will do them all and get strong again. I will soon be 76 and was active most of my life. I still have lots of mileage left so i must get my leg strength back after illness. 😊You are great. Between you and Dr. Kelly, Lymphedema therapist I am all set. Thank goodness for RU-vid.

Try now with ankle weights. Or heqvy shoes. And just repeat it 30x twice a day
