I think you should brush your teeth, rinse it with water, brush it quickly for 5 - 10 seconds then spit it out then rinse after 20-30 mins then eat or drink
I have followed almost all of the items mentioned except I always use water to rinse and do not use that sprinkler system device thing but many dentists still end up making me feel as if I am from the bronze age. I hardly trust any of these experts anymore but often feel forced to take their advice because well...fear is an effective tool.
im a dental student, just spitting the toothpaste excess is gonna lead to the ingestion of the remaining toothpaste in your mouth that could to fluorosis which is quite dangerous,
I find it very hard to believe that the flushing toilet will get toothbrush contaminated. And you're the only one who says don't rinse with water. Yes Colgate and many others for many years have claimed that fluoride can stay on teeth after brushing. I've started to learn more about caring for my teeth / gums after much neglect I'm sorry to admit. Even called dental clinic when hygienist mentioned she saw a cavity and I was very surprised since I been very good brushing, flossing etc. Saw dentist and it was a filling that fell out and he refilled it. Using electric toothbrush now after hygienist recommended it to me.
Tiger AJ fluoride is bad for your health too, it’s a bad ingredient in toothpaste, it’s what makes that foamy stuff while brushing. STAY AWAY FROM FLUORIDE. Also, Bright Side sometimes lies about this stuff too.
I got rid of 2 cavities going a on a diet of 10 milks of glasses day, bowl of yogurt for breakfast, apples and bananas for lunch and vegetables and meat for supper. It took about 1 month for them to go.
Don't know why I'm bothering, using toothpaste with fluoride and glycerin is just a bad idea, not rinsing toothpaste with fluoride is even worse. Glycerin coats teeth which can prevent stains, but also prevents teeth from remineralizing naturally. Earthpaste doesn't have glycerin, and the minerals in the clay will strengthen teeth. It goes really great with Peelu tooth powder(their toothpaste has glycerin), peelu root has a natural mild chlorine which whitens teeth. The tooth powder has way more peelu root anyway than the paste, so it's way better. Earthpaste topped with that. Glad I mainly drink well water too, not fluoridated. Ever since I cut sweets and strictly avoided fluoride and tooth polishing at the dentist, and switched to Earthpaste I've had no cavities for years, even just brushing once before bed mostly, still don't brush mornings as much as I should. But from now on I'm doing oil pulling mornings at least 2x a week, let a tablespoon of coconut oil sit in your mouth for 15-20 mins, spit and rinse it out then brush. Helps remove toxins and aids in plaque removal.
Dollar tree if you have one where you live has all the tools that dentists use. I give my teeth a good clean every couple months. Has to be dollar tree.
My tooth brush is in my bathroom case (it's like a pencil case but it's a different material inhabit used it as a pencil case btw) it's also it the cuburd so my tooth brush is safe
I need to get my root canal so I am able to chew on both sides of the mouth. I need to wait though. Getting the rest of my root out of the tooth that is already gone. Then I will make an appointment for the root canal.
Actually my family and I don't keep our tooth brushes in the bathroom. We keep mine in the closet which holds all of our bathroom supplies, (Lotion, Toothpaste, Toilet paper, etc.)
So true! Everytime I don't see my dentist for an extended period of time, the last time was two years ago I seen him since once and no cavities in all that time. Now if I see him on a regular basis he suggests every 3 months, I'm sure to have more cavities.
I went to the dentist as a kid and they didn't JUST put a cap on my loose tooth, the loose one ended up glued to the one coming in! Why would you put a cap on a loose tooth anyway?
Nah. Children teeth fall out and are replaced with way bigger teeth. If u see an adult with really small teeth, they are different, so make fun of them.
for 1 yr and 4 months of having a braces now, and I'm surprised that I use my interdental brush in a wrong and now after watching this video I know now how to use it right HAHHAHAHA
The point of changing toothbrushes every 3-4 months is because germs and bacteria starts to reside in toothbrush and then you are suggesting them for lips and peeling vegetables.
You should name the video, "things you may be doing wrong to take care for your teeth" besause the only thing I do is have my toothbrush in the bathroom so...
I get thirsty after brushing my teeth because of the toothpaste. I end up having to drink water. Waiting 30 minutes with out drinking water isn't that easy.
My brain : is this video gonna change your mind about taking care of your teeth? Me : nahhhhh I like my routine better My brain : you only brush once a day ! And u barley floss Me : it’s fine I’ll be fine what’s the worse that could happen My brain : everything.
I'm here becausemy teeth looks like the "after" picture in the thumbnail. I never smile, I actually have nice teeth (except for the colour ofc) they are straight and the size I want them to be. When I was little I HATED brushing my teeth. I would never do it. I would even go for a month without brusing, which is why I now have a lot of cavities :(( I am brushing them now tho skkssksk And yes, I now its gross, but I have a phobia of brushing my teeth - its not as bad anymore though
What if your vvody make caluim and it makes to much were it starts to hang on you teeth and the dentist says that i cant do nothing anbout it but brush hu hu then what
