The Dash Poncho, Primo Workz cup holder arm rest Distinction Applied arm rest cover products in my eyes are a no brainer for every Jeeper. Also the new exhaust sounds good 👍👍Lastly i do believe that it would be a good idea to showcase other smaller vendors and or new products while ya'll are at Great Smoky Jeep Invasion. It's all great for content and it helps the small businesses gain the exposure that might sky rocket their sales or at least get the much needed feedback that might need going forward.
After watching this video. I came up with a new drinking game- every time you say the word “actually” i have to take a shot of whiskey. And let me tell you… my bottle is empty.
Have you mentioned stability control on a 24 2 door rubicon that I’ve missed? Is it really worth going 37” or staying 35 with oem specs to have stability control functioning as they should! I think it’s very important talking about stability control or disabling it
I would super interested in that exhaust setup. I’ve beat the crap out of my 392 muffler and tips, and while I love the active valves, I hate how low it hangs.
Love these videos. I’m always looking for something new. The arm rest people also have for back door to protect from dogs and kids. I need something to protect the cup holders on the floor of the back seat from dog claws. My old dog jumps in and then up to the seat. 🤔
I just installed a receiver hitch on my new Jeep yesterday. I had to take my rear bumper off, put it on & then put my bumper back on & it was triple digits yesterday. What I call a triple shirt day. Changing my shirts 3 times. I still have to wire the harness. In going to buy the military style holder for my seats that yeah showed. It will go great with my Sarge Green exterior. I’m also going to exchange my interior dash with Sarge Green w/gold accent by Distinction Applied. I’m not feeling the red at all.
Love your videos and just started watching you guys about 2 months ago. Not sure if anyone else would be interested in a video like this but I’m looking into upgrading the speakers in my 4 door JL. I was curious if Ryan is going to upgrade his speakers since his is the base model or if one of the other jeeps will get a speaker upgrade? Just curious what brand you would go with and how you would do it?
The turn down tip exhaust (to keep water intrusion down) would be slick and sell well if the price is right. I'm sure it'll be FAR cheaper than most 392 exhaust options and work great. I would have been interested if I didn't get this BANGIN' AWE exhaust.
I found the Australian hood. The US Rubicon hood number is #82215373AD. The Australian Hood is #68281965AF. In my reading they have to have a higher bump in the middle to make it more pedestrian friendly. I really like that look though.
I don't get the dash protector. Why not a sunshade? The sun hits the whole dash behind it. And what a pain in the butt to deploy it. The only thing it protects the dash from is the driver or passenger sneezing. I just don't get it. Great video! Love most of the stuff. I just think that dash protector is a massive joke.
i still don't understand how you can get your jeeps to pass PA inspection every year with the mods you have lol. especially the tires extending from the fenders
Yea i agree that the back end is not my style at all. That is the thing about Jeeps. You make it what you want because they are so versatile. I am sure he hates the back end of my jeep because it is not his style. 😊
Don't wanna be negative, but that dash poncho thing seems useless to me. You're going to get mud splash and whatnot while moving, but you're not going to have it on while moving. Plus it doesn't block sunlight through the windshield. If anything, if I was worried, I'd put one of those classic windshield sun shields up, and toss a towel over the dash while I was parked, if I was worried about sun from the top being off. Everyone should have a towel anyway, and it would be FAR more versatile and cheaper. If anyone wants to correct me, I'd be cool with that. I usually try to stay positive, but that invention is so pointless, it bothers me.
Jon from Dash Poncho /JFTops here. I created this after getting caught on a trail in a rain storm and lost my electronics. Yes, it helps protect from sun, but the primary purpose is to protect from rain. When you flip the visors down and you are topless, your dashboard electronics are protected. Rain protection is our primary focus for protection. Hope this helps.
I enjoy your content but not sure what camera you’re using, the focus lock is terrible. It’s very slow to focus and there is a lot of blurry content to the point it’s distracting. I’ll still watch, just wanted to provide some feedback.
Can we not with these "mufflers"? I can't tell you how many times I've been awakened in the wee hours of the morning by yahoos driving by my house with these. If the purpose of the loud noise is to compensate, they are giving the reverse message.
