Today we explore the possibility of 10 more things that we need in theme park tycoon 2. These are some things that could REALLY change how we all play theme park tycoon 2 and would love to see any of these added as a theme park tycoon 2 update. These could change how we all build theme park tycoon 2 parks, and I could only imagine the theme park tycoon 2 mega parks with these updates, it'd be crazy! 🥺

The thing about track overlay in tpt2 is that it isn’t an intended feature. Maybe instead of automatic overlay, which would take up extra slots that count towards the ride limit, we should be able to choose specific track types for the ride we are making

Yes bcos if we have this feature where u can use every type of track with every coaster, then it will sometimes not end too well with designs and building. For example, u wanna use a steel coaster with the single rail coaster track, that doesn’t make any sense.

The thing I most want to see is to have a featured ride that would draw longer crowds than average where you get some long lines- like in a new coaster that opens up in a real amusement park, instead of 1-3 people riding on the the most awesome coaster you ever made.

I agree with fast passes and the cable cars which would make transportation easier, another thing that would be cool is some sort of hotel type section where guests could get a reception stall to purchase a ticket and stay at the park for longer. Another thing that would be cool is an “interactive coaster” where the guests could have lazer guns or smth, kinda like the ninjago ride at Legoland in Windsor, or a double coaster. I could see the go karts (if they ever get added) having random speeds so the guests “race” on it.

One thing I’d want are things like hotels and restaurants and also for riders to actually sit down on the chairs and more functional decorations, guests could sit down on benches and tables and eat and different stalls with different food and as I said previously restaurants and hotels to work with, kids rooms etc, maybe it’s a bit much for the hotels but Disneyland and everything like that has some

Maybe they should add more: -Stalls -More expansions -More track designs on coasters -Collision Balance And lastly... -A hotel Yeah I know a theme park never has a hotel but I have been to Knott's Berry Farm.

There should be a update that sometimes the rollercoasters crashes or maul functions and you need to evacuate people it will be more realistic and will be something good for the catwalks and for the rollercoaster not to crash you need to extra support and build brakes

I love the fast pass idea! It could be a gamepass maybe. When you make a coaster/ride, you get prompt to place an entrance and exit. With the fast pass gamepass, you can enable it in the ride by pressing a tick next to the 'place entrance' and 'place entrance' buttons, then you can build the fast pass path!

Something nobody has ever talked about is duplicates. Detail park builders would have such an easier job wit Lu duplicates and builders in general to. If you wanna build a giant pirimitive structure and you want the exact same looking structure somewhere else in your park, you could just duplicate it instead of rebuilding the whole thing which doesn’t even look like the other structure. I feel as though the biggest thing I would like to see is transportation rides being heavily overhauled. I think both the transport train and Monorails could have much better optimized operations settings to ensure that they truly act as transportation rides. In my park, I have it so that the only way that people can transport themselves to roller coasters is via train (you have to ride the train to get to different stations), however the people do not see the ride as a part of their pathfinding and moreso as just another ride. I would love for this to be changed.

If we don’t have it already, we need mannequins that we can actually pose in different positions weather it’s advanced building where you can move different body parts or options like idle, wave, point, cheer, laugh, crouch, hide.

The biggest thing we need is this game is like AT LEAST 4 times the land that we have. Its hard to build giga coasters because we dont nearly have enough land to build a coaster so big. Planet coaster has terrible physics, so i hate building coasters in that. I know more land would make parks take much longer to build for mega builders, but for people like me who just builds cedar fair type parks without tons of crazy decorations, it would be a blessing.

All of these are needed. I've actually made fast pass queues in my theme park but they never work and are left empty. If this was added into the game Den_S could add another new path for people to use and it could link up to the queue like regular paths link to each other. Like Maliboomer said too, you could have guests pay for fast passes and it would just give players that tiny bit of extra cash to build new rides. This has to be added into the game ASAP.

I think tpt2 adds escelators and Fountain emit lights so the light range only goes straight and a better and imroved spotlight and maybe elevators?

Something I really want is a slot track ride vehicle if you have ever been on test track or radiater springs racers at Disney land then you would know that it uses a slot track ride vehicle and it’s hard to recreate one of those so I would really like it

Ride Idea: Horse Carriages, a ride based off the "Woody's Roundup" ride at Shanghai Disney. The ride is like twisters but has a faster spin.

In the transportation rides the npc should choose what stations they need to go to and if a ride is leading to the ride they should take the first ride to get to the main ride

I would really want to see bumper cars coming to the game because we’ve been waiting for since 2016 and they still haven’t came out yet go karts does sound pretty sick also and I also really like the family idea that’s a good idea and if they increased the height limit so you could actually make more realistic rides and then you would have a parking lot and then like the families could come in cars that would also be pretty sick and it would also be cool if they added a zipper and little swings and I don’t know what they’re called it’s not a gravitron it’s the things that take you up into the air and then it’s been due around and your own a wall those will be some pretty sick updates

I dream of being a worker of this game. I would release an update with a lot of more attractions. I would enlarge the giant wheel to make it realistic. I would put children's attractions so that children can enter them such as the mini Ferris wheel. Hopefully the creator of the game will be inspired by planet coaster for his game since planet coaster is a complete game and theme park tycoon has very few attractions. Imagine that a bot has to buy a ticket before entering a park, a ticket store that you locate wherever you want and that the bots go to the store to be able to ride would be incredible.
