I have been in Bali, Santorini, Seychelles and Maldives. Number one is Seychelles, Bali is nice especially in Ubud with nice local people. Santorini has nice views, Maldives after 4 days you want to run away! My advice is instead of going to Maldives add an extra week in Seychelles.
What calls my name is definitely BORA BORA! I wish that I could go there but it is very expensive. Bora Bora is a gorgeous place with stunning beaches to visit. And the same goes to the Maldives Islands, Palawan, Fiji, Seychelles, etc. All these places are beautiful. And if I were to go to Greece, I would definitely go to Santorini. What a breath taken place, very nice and beautiful as well. So, there you have it. Give me a tropical island with the aquamarine ocean and I will be the happiest person in this world. Love the ocean and paradise islands, my favorite places to visit. Thank YOU for sharing this marvelous and wonderful video full of beauty, it is appreciated. 👌👌🙌🙌👍👍♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️😍
Thank you so much for your kind words and your shared enthusiasm for these stunning tropical destinations! We absolutely agree that Bora Bora, the Maldives, Palawan, Fiji, Seychelles, and Santorini are all incredibly beautiful places, each with its unique charm. While some of these destinations can be expensive, it's always worth saving and planning for that dream trip. The aquamarine ocean and paradise islands have a special allure, and we're thrilled that our video could bring a taste of these breathtaking locations to you. Your love for the ocean and paradise islands mirrors our passion for sharing the beauty of these places. We're grateful for your appreciation, and we hope our videos continue to inspire your wanderlust. Wishing you many future adventures and the opportunity to visit these incredible destinations!
I'm glad to see Bali is placed as #1 on the list! The island is not only with beautiful beaches, but more than that...the culture: the folk and religious dances, the culinary, the thousand temples, the people, and the waterfalls. Bali has everything! The list is for 10 most beautiful islands not beautiful beaches. I think Bali deserves to be #1 for that reason.
🌴 Thank you for sharing your thoughts! 🌺 Bali truly is a gem with its enchanting mix of stunning beaches and rich cultural tapestry. Your insights into the island's vibrant culture, including folk and religious dances, culinary delights, temples, and waterfalls, beautifully capture the essence of Bali. It's not just a destination; it's a holistic experience! While our list focused on beautiful islands, your perspective highlights the broader beauty that makes Bali deserving of the #1 spot. We appreciate your passion for this incredible destination! 🌏✨ #OneTravelMaker #BaliLove
@@michaeltrumph121Kalau melihat pantai dan pemandangannya RAJA AMPAT (Papua, Indonesia) yang terbaik. RAJA AMPAT memiliki pemandangan pantai, flora dan fauna bawah laut terbaik di dunia.
As an island expert I give you my personal top 10 based on beauty, authenticity, atmosphere and Island feel. 1. La Palma, Canary islands 2. Skye Scotland 3. Marettimo Sicily 4. Hvar Croatia 5 Amorgos Greece 6 Bocas del Toro Panama 7 Guadeloupe 8 Stromboli Italy 9 Cozumel/Bacalar (not an island but island atmosphere, beautiful laguna in the jungle 10 Arran Scotland
@@maelestepa9252 Bali didn't make it to my top 10 list. Way to many tourists and traffic jams for real island lovers. In Januari I'll try Koh Phangan en Koh Tao. If they enchant me, I'll try Palawan a year later.
Hi, thanks for your comment and for sharing alternatives beautiful islands. I have visited Stromboli and Cozumel. Yes, they deserve to be mentioned. I will explore the others you mentioned and i will take them as precious suggestions.
@@onetravelmaker Very nice to hear. You won't regret it. For the true island gourmets, an island has to be small and full of authentic charm. Then I think of Marettimo, but visit Favignana first. Also Amorgos, combined with Naxos. And a hidden gem is also Dogi Otok where you can sea kayak round the Croatian Kornati islands, after landing on Zadar.
So I'm pretty proud of myself. I've either been to or have travel booked to Bali, Santorini, Fiji, Maldives, Seychelles and Bora Bora. Why isn't New Zealand included? Very adventurous AND beautiful!
Been to Maui and all the major Hawaiian islands as well as Tahiti, Moorea and Bora Bora…my favorite island is Moorea while the best to explore is the Big Island. The hiking on Kauai is amazing and breathtaking. Bora Bora is like a dream with its shallow crystal clear lagoons with vibrant coral and sea life. Having said all that, I plan to retire on Oahu…all the wonderful tropical islands of the world except Oahu lack a critical thing - good medical facilities.
Seychelles looks prehistoric, like a movie!!! Definitely on my top 3 Islan bucket list. Also Bora Bora and Fiji!! Ive been to the Maldives.. its insanely beautiful and I NEED to go back to experience more of the islands!! Thanks for sharing. This was short and sweet. I'd love to know if the Islands experience bad weather during certain seasons, to avoid going at those times. Peace and Blessings!
Part #2 is out.. part #3 is on the way. I have received enough comments from whoever has seen the video to collect inputs for additional 10 beautiful islands…
I couldn't agree more with your choice of Palawan. I went there 23+ years ago when it was still being discovered. Glad I did too, as it seems totally over commercialised these days .

@onetravelmaker Lol,nice joke. Tourists don't care cause they pay, they take planes for more pollution, they want cottages and hotels with pools in front of the ocean, they're angry cause we don't talk their language, cause the air conditioning isn't effective enough, cause mosquitoes everywhere, cause locals make noise cause they are working cause prices rised up cause of tourists..... Tourists are not welcome anymore
The Pitcairn Islands are a small paradise for adventurers seeking absolute seclusion and untouched nature. Pitcairn Island is an isolated volcanic island in the south-central Pacific Ocean, located 1,350 miles (2,170 km) southeast of Tahiti. It is the only inhabited island of the British overseas territory of Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie, and Oeno Islands, which are commonly referred to as the Pitcairn Islands or simply Pitcairn. The major private revenue generator for Pitcairn is undoubtedly tourism, followed by the sale of Pitcairn's unique, prize-winning, and disease-free honey. The Pitcairn Islands have no income taxes of any sort for individuals and companies.
Just came back from Santorini a week ago and the sunset and town are beautiful. However, the beaches are not good and the water is definitely dark and not clear. I don't know how the creator said the water is clear when only a tiny small part of it is, and most of the beaches the water are dark blue with rocky sand. The beaches aren't beautiful there but the island is.
🌅 Thank you for sharing your recent experience in Santorini! 🏖️ We're delighted to hear that you found the sunset and town beautiful - Santorini truly has a unique charm. We appreciate your honest feedback about the beaches. It's essential for viewers to get a well-rounded perspective. While some areas may have clear waters, we acknowledge that not all beaches match that description. Your insights contribute to a more comprehensive understanding for future travelers. We hope your overall visit to the island left you with wonderful memories! 🌍✨ #OneTravelMaker #SantoriniExperience
Thanks for your comment. It is an island not in my bucket.. and it is really amazing! It seems not to be a popular place. Is it difficult to be reached?
What a great channel! I just stumbled across it in my feed. Is it possible to put a smaller banner with the info across the top or somewhere else, it was right in the way of the beautiful scenery!! Thanks for the great video
I have a question concerning islands like in French Polynesia, Maldives, Seychelles, where does the waste from the bathrooms , sink and showers from the villas that are located over the water go?
Thank you for your insightful question regarding. In general, luxury resorts in these areas are highly conscious of their environmental impact, especially concerning waste water from bathrooms, sinks, and showers. The waste management methods can vary by location and resort but typically involve a combination of advanced technologies and practices: a) Treatment Plants: Many resorts are equipped with on-site sewage treatment plants. These facilities treat the wastewater to remove contaminants before the water is released back into the environment. The treatment process often includes filtration and biological treatment to ensure the water is clean and safe. b) Eco-Friendly Systems: Some resorts utilize eco-friendly systems that mimic natural processes to treat and purify wastewater. These can include constructed wetlands or biofiltration systems, which use natural elements like plants and sand to filter and degrade pollutants naturally. c) Reuse Practices: After treatment, the cleaned water can be reused for purposes such as irrigating gardens or flushing toilets, minimizing the overall water waste and reducing the freshwater demand on the local ecosystem. d) Regulations and Standards: Resorts in these regions often adhere to strict environmental regulations and standards. These standards ensure that their operations, including waste management, have minimal environmental impact. Compliance with international environmental certifications is also a priority for many of these establishments. It's worth noting that the commitment to environmental sustainability is a significant concern for islands dependent on tourism, as they strive to protect their natural resources and beauty. Many resorts openly communicate their sustainability practices, so guests are aware of their efforts to maintain and preserve the environment.
@onetravelmaker I've never stayed in a hotel room over the water I understand a small town or a resort on land collecting all their waste water and treating it at a facility nearby or having it trucked from septic tanks to a facility further away to be treated. But as far as the villas built over water, I don't see any pipes going away from them towards the land and they can't have septic tanks because they are over water. So how is the waste collected from each one and taken to a treatment plant?
Hi, this video shall not be considered as a ranking, but more as a shortlist. I have been in Seychelles and i have loved it. Beautiful place, amazing people.
St Lucia has never been left out from these lists of beautiful islands. How could an island with beautiful scenery, world's only drive in extinct volcano which boils 24/, which is a World Heritage Site, famous twin peaks, beautiful beaches, numerous waterfalls, be left out? St Lucia currently holds the title of the honeymoon destination of the Caribbean and has won this title on numerous occasions
They’re all beautiful-I’ve been to 2-Maui & Santorini- Maui is my favorite but I loved all the other Hawaiian & Greek islands& I would love to see all those others!
It has been mentioned by many users. It is a miss in my video. I will add in another one. Really there are too many beautiful islands worldwide to shortlist only 10..
Great list except Santorini where there are too many rip offs, from taxis who quote you one price and charge you another to hotels where HUGE fees are added on, and restaurants that “mistakenly” add items you never ordered to your bill. Naxos and Crete are far nicer!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We appreciate your feedback and understand that experiences can vary from place to place. It's unfortunate to hear about the issues you encountered in Santorini. While it's true that some touristy destinations can have challenges with overpricing, we always aim to highlight the beauty and uniqueness of each place. Naxos and Crete are indeed wonderful destinations, and we're thrilled to know that you had positive experiences there. Greece has so much to offer, and it's great to explore different islands to find the one that best suits your preferences. We hope our videos continue to inspire your travels and help you discover new places you'll love. Safe travels and happy exploring!
Many other paradises are missing. it is impossible to shortlist only 10. I have realized from the multitude of comments received that it is plenty of places worth to be mentioned. Thanks for your comment. Fernando de Noronha is indeed a discovery for me.
Please feel free to share your suggestion, if you have more island in addition to Diego Garcia, please recommend them. Thanks! I would really appreciate
Hi! Please check out the second part of the video. St. Lucia has got its deserved space. I leave you the link here below: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rzn9lO3cQOM.html
Before instagram, Bora Bora, Santorini were dreamislands, but with the amount of all those selfie-people these gems lost their charms. I know Santorini from 1974 on and BB from 1985 on.
It has been mentioned by many users. It is a miss in my video. I will add in another one. Really there are too many beautiful islands worldwide to shortlist only 10..
Hi! Thanks for the suggestion. Indeed shortlisting only 10 was difficult.. but among paradise, I have preferred to add 2 islands with a different type of mystery and wild life. I will take care of Cook Islands and Mauritius in a separate video
I agree. Having visited both, Rapa Nui and Galapagos, I found them interesting, each one different on its own way. But, “most beautiful”?…. Not half as much as Mauritius, Saint Lucia, Capri or Koh Phi Phi off Thailand.
@@ManuelGonzalez-fd3px Rapa Nui is nowhere as beautiful as Bora bora which usually fights Maldives for the number one spot. BUT the cook islands far exceeds both islands. This is coming from someone from both Tahiti and the cook islands who has visited Fiji. Aitutaki, cook islands has the worlds most beautiful lagoon and even more clearer water than Bora Bora. I wouldn’t even put Thailand, Capri or Saint Lucia in the same boat because they a completely different scenery. However, if we’re talking about remote, natural island beauty, the cook islands is THE one.
