I know right, the Bodensee (lake of Constance) area offers so many beautiful spots and villages. I'm glad this video shows the many different sides of Switzerland and not just the Alpine regions.

One of the neatest things about Wengen is that as you ski down from the slopes above, you enter town from the backstreets and you basically ski through the alleys to reach the main cablecar lift back up the mountain. It gives you a nice tour through town in skis.

I grew up in spiez (04:15) and i am actually impressed this place gets almost no love in videos like that. i think it's just too overshadowed by interlaken, brienz, grindelwald, wengen or of course lauterbrunnen which are all less than 20 mins away from spiez and pretty popular amongs tourists

Switzerland is so beautiful.😍😍😍We also visited Switzerland during Spring. ❤️We did a video of our visit as well. We stayed in the story book like city of Lucerne. The city is really amazing we can drink from any public fountain. We also went on a bus tour to Interlaken and Grindelwald to have the best view of the Swiss Alps. Its really very nice. Everything is so clean and laid back. Feels like we are in a movie scene. Every angle looks like a postcard. 😍😍😍

Yes you can drink from any water fountain in Switzerland for free. Alone in Zurich, there are more than 2000 fountains of all sizes to drink from. I couldn't believe it myself when I heard that high number but it's a fact. We are indeed lucky in this country but it's also hard work to keep it up.

As a la Chaux de fondniere myself I love la ville de La chaux de fonds especially during summer time the weather is so fresh here compared to the city of Neuchâtel. Also don’t forget La Brevine , le Creux duVan NE.

As a Swiss person I do not consider the fuzz about the Rhine fall, otherwise great list. Some other places I can recommend: Ägerital, Murten, Scuol, Gstaad (high class, but a down to earth way), Thun and Neuchatel (not "pretty, but quite special).

if you want to visit Switzerland far from mass tourism, then you have to visit Valais or Wallis, in German. It is a region less famous than central Switzerland, but it does not lack assets, however, with villages such as Grimentz, Evolene or Sion! 🇨🇭🍎🙂

okay, I live next to Montreux and it's not like the man describes it it's quite boring if you stay there ( well depends on what activities you want to do) , but you can come when there is the jazz festival, that is pretty cool but even cooler if you assiste to concerts there, then there is the marché de noël it's a Christmas market and it's beautiful! there you go ;)
