While San Diego is nice, I wouldn't want to start an Alaska cruise from there (or Los Angeles, etc). You just have more sea days getting to and from Alaska. Better to leave from Vancouver or Seattle. Or maybe book a one-way cruise from Anchorage/Whittier to either Vancouver/Seattle.
We are looking into a cruise to Alaska at the end of April early May. How was the weather? Also at the ports, were things open as usually, this isn't their peak season in Alaska. Thanks for the video!!
