Since it wasn’t mentioned, I recommend getting the physical versions of P3P and P4G via LRG before preorders close. Those will definitely be rare in the future.

Valkyria Chronicles 2 was localized, it's just on psp is all ;). I still would like to see 2 and 3 remastered or ported on consoles though.

I bought fire emblem engage divine edition bcs tht is how much three houses given me an impact on this franchise despite being the first fire emblem game i ever played. And i was not disappointed at all in fact im loving this game to death 😂. The collector edition also looking very nice with the art card, art book, steelcase and poster. Even the box looks pretty XD

@@Gamer-vs3xl There is actually some benefits for having a physical edition like collection purposes, saving your switch console storage space, and if you have limited internet data you dont have to download the game data bcs it is stored in the cartridge. Unlike a digital edition where u have to fully download the game data by yourself which can be a bit too much sometimes unless your switch have a massive external storage and you have unlimited and fast internet data.

Yep, played it on the tiny 2DS and still was great, one of the best tales of games. I miss those oldschool 3D worldmaps with fun side content. Story and world were fine.

I noticed the local game shop had pre-orders open for Star Ocean 2 way back in July so I placed an order. So glad I did because outside from importing it there is no way to get the physical copy at this point.

There’s a ps4 combo pack of tales of berseria, vesperia, and zestiria. I’d imagine atelier Sophie and demon gaze 1 and 2 to go up in price. I always found NIS, atlus and falcom to go up in price

I think Valkyrie Chronicles II was localized to the Sony Vita (maybe PSP as well).

Physical games ARE NOT being phased out, we really need to stop pushing this narrative. Microsoft is phasing them out, but Sony and Nintendo still regularly support physical copies.

Nintendo and Sony will hold off as long as they can but I reckon it will be more of a digital vibe after the so called 'switch 2' digital is here unfortunately I prefer physical as I'm just of that era, born 1987 and being a 90's kid was the one!

Since PS3 people have been saying the "next" gen systems will be digital only. There's no way they'll cut physical in the next 15 years. Too many people don't have unlimited internet to download 60gb+ files. They won't do it unless their willing to sacrifice losing millions of sales.

It's not that physical games are being phased out. It's that physical games aren't what they used to be. Day 1 updates and bug fixes make it so that you still need access to those patches and updates not included on the cart/disc to be able enjoy the game in the future, even when the system is no longer supported. It's just creating an environment where emulation is even more so needed once a company stops sopport for a console and its games.

How do you explain Elden Ring and AC Valhalla having mere 1gb on the disc? As per my xbox, '48 gb Network download" when the Elden Ring disc is inserted. People gotta stop living in denial. Physical gaming as we know it IS dying Games that come on "discs" require massive updates now.

I'm very excited for the Mario RPG remake. Disgaia looks interesting. I'm not a fan of the action RPG but I tested it out with Ys 8 and it was really fun. So fun I have purchased Xenoblade 2,3 and the expansion of 2 but I still need to get a copy of Xenoblade 1. I love you videos and you reviews are great. Thank you.

Is the physical of Super Mario RPG a game that will ever see a price decrease from $60.00? Since you know, it’s Mario combined with Nintendo who never drops their prices. If the price for the game ever dropped at all, it would probably be at a point in time where the physical is no longer available to purchase.

This list is meh! Fire Emblem engage is terrible.I would have put chained echoes and sea of stars over FE and mario. As you can get physical copies of those off of playasia.

Star Ocean for Nintendo switch it's a required 3 gig download you have to download before you can play the game and this is for the American version
